i’ve been using pads my whole life and am curious about period underwear. tell me your experience good or bad i wanna hear it all!

i’ll preface by saying i am licensed in cosmetology and a waxer, but i don’t do facials.
i am considering getting one of these for use on just me and my boyfriend, especially my boyfriend because he has large deep pores and extractor tools cause him too much pain. do you think it’s safe/worth it for weekly-monthly use? is there any skincare that may work better? let me know your thoughts!!

i waxed everything and i mean EVERYTHING. up to 20 clients in a day. i did not do male brazilians but waxed males everywhere else! ask me anything you’ve been wondering, or if you’re scared to start waxing as me about that!

covered in chocolate as well! i can’t have nuts, eggs, or coconut oil. not seeing much online about it. i also am not sure how to make the chocolate harden if i add oil to the chocolate. any ideas at all would be appreciated!

i love my coworkers, and especially love the conversations i have with clients and the money i’m making. the metrics are really getting to me though. the spt (sales per ticket) is where i am struggling most because if you have one super busy day and no time to add in services, you’re screwed. i also know this is just a me issue because all my other coworkers have great spts. this is the same for my rebook as well. i’m sure there is more i can do but i don’t like feeling inauthentic to people or selling things i don’t think they need. i want people to feel comfortable with me and not feel like they are being sold something the whole time. i care much more how the client feels than the money i make, and that may be my downfall in this industry. has anyone experienced anything similar? does going solo or to a small salon fix this problem?

i have been getting utis constantly for the last 1.5 years and i finally got to a urologist. she said my boyfriend likely isn’t causing it and got an ultrasound. they found a 7mm kidney stone and it hasn’t disrupted anything (yet) but research shows that it can give extra bacteria. it seems that the stone plus the bacteria everyday from my boyfriend is what causes an infection. makes the most sense, right?

now here is what’s irritating me. my doctor said that this is not the cause of my utis, but she has yet to give me any reasoning. i have done everything. she also said they will do nothing to the kidney stone until it decides it wants to pass and causes me extreme pain. why wait to fix it if it’s treatable now?? she said i could get a ct scan “if i want” but they will just monitor it for the upcoming YEARS to see if it passes or gets worse…

if this is causing my utis does she expect me to go on antibiotics every other month for the rest of my life? i just don’t get it and think i should get a second opinion. i’m hoping someone on here has had a similar experience and would love any advice or opinions

sorry if this is a stupid question but draino has been my holy grail recently in my apartment and i’m not sure why others don’t use it much. i see people (including my dad) that would fish out the hair with a net and throw it away. my question is, if the draino disintegrates it and lets it flow through the drain, why isn’t that always the first course of action?
