Hot weather gear!! What works the best while maintaining safety? Brands? Models?

I sweat a lot. Like all the time. I'm always hot. I really hate when it starts getting hot out and I want to ride. I imagine it's time to get some different gear.

What works for you? Saw the guy with no shirt and a beanie. No thanks.
