I'm trying to improve my grooming routine and figured women probably notice these things more than men do, so I'd love to get your recommendations.
I'm looking for:
- Good body wash or shower products for men
- Moisturizers for the face and body
- Lip balms that actually work (preferably not too shiny)
- Perfumes/fragrances that smell amazing on men
If there's anything else you think every guy should have in his grooming routine, I'd love to hear that too.

As the title says, I would like to get married soon. I have been dealing with hypersexuality since childhood and have even attended therapy, but it has not helped me much.
My question is: should I tell a potential spouse about my hypersexuality before getting engaged, or is it something that can be discussed later?
I would appreciate sincere advice, especially from sisters. I have spoken to a few women in this community before, but once I mentioned this issue, they chose not to proceed. Because of that, I am unsure about the best way to approach this topic.
And in our community hypersexuality is tabbo to. And hypersexuality is different high libido is different.

I have been struggling with hypersexuality since childhood. Over the years, I've tried my best to control myself and stay within Islamic boundaries. I've also attended therapy, but unfortunately it didn't help me much.
From what I understand, Islam teaches that having strong desires or urges is not a sin in itself. What matters is how we respond to them and whether we strive to avoid haram actions. Alhamdulillah, despite my struggles, I have never committed zina or engaged in any physical haram relationships, even when opportunities presented themselves.
At times, however, the urges feel overwhelming, and I wonder how other Muslims who face similar challenges cope with them. I pray, try to avoid triggers, and focus on self-control, but it remains a constant test.
NOTE: (HYPERSEXUALITY IS NOT A SIHR )
My questions are:
Has anyone else here dealt with hypersexuality or unusually strong sexual urges?
How do you manage them in an Islamic and healthy way?
Did marriage help, or did the struggle continue after marriage?
Are there any Islamic resources, practical strategies, or personal experiences that you found helpful?
I'm looking for sincere advice and perspectives, especially from those who have faced similar challenges.

Assalamualaikum all,
I am a HS (hypers*xu*l) person, and I have been struggling to control myself since childhood. Sometimes I wonder how people knowingly engage in haram acts like zina without fearing Allah or controlling their desires.
Even though I have had opportunities to do such things, I never went through with them. In fact, my urges become even stronger when the opposite gender gives consent, but I still try to control myself for the sake of Allah. Nowadays zina becomes normal in our community people really forget fear of Allah. May allah protect from haram things and forgive us all.
Ps: And i really want to Thank a person. Because of this person my life has improved much better. I have never seen that much kind and helpful person in my whole life once again Thank you so much.
