Blessed with a good salary just a bad credit score. If anything i’d plan to pay it back within 1-2 months. Any comments about my thought process? Or warnings? I was approved for 2550.
It probably going to be years before a significant increase in price I just am testing the waters to see what I get for offers for the troves and am getting a lot of requests to buy. I’m wondering if it means I should hold instead of sell. Sidenote: I could use the capital at the moment.

I was involved in a car accident this past weekend and I’m currently dealing with the insurance/claim process. I’m not trying to commit fraud or exaggerate anything, but I’m also really short on rent right now and need to make sure I’m not missing anything I’m legally entitled to.
