Today was my first day as a Physiotherapist in the private sector after having a career gap. It is so different than everything i studied

I graduated and came back to my home country (Spain) and waited years for my recognition and I am finally excited to work as a physio at a private hospital but i am stunned at how the sector is.
It was my first day as mentioned and everyone is only wrapping the patient up as quickly as I can in 15 mins (in person session) and then 15 minutes instrumental therapy (TENS , US , magnetotherapy etc).
I am a bit shocked at the fast paced nature and that all the physio just want to get done with the patient as quickly as possible. Do 1-2 exercises maximum. I will be 15 mins with a patient with some case and then have a completely different case in 20 minutes.
How can i manage everything in such a short time?
Please physios tell me about your first day.
I was so overwhelmed by today i think i messed up more than i thought i would and i feel bad about it

S4 E6 Question

When Louis litt goes to Charles Forstman after Harvey gets pissed about the Wexler block. Does he go to him to fix his 'respect' with Harvey or was it out of pure hate when he shows him the diary about his rage time capsule?

I need advice regarding my career

I studied physiotherapy in a country and now i am in process of recognizing it in my home country and its been YEARS. They havent given me any answer whatsoever.
These 3 years i worked in a complete different field and now I quit my job and decided i need to be close to physio, its whats I want.
I am very confused as to how do i get back, Shall i do a certification course (fitness trainer for example since i love sports), shall i email places to let me volunteer to build confidence (they dont reply) I dont know what else.
I live in an island and there arent much options so i will prefer moving.

Any any advice will be helpful to put my thoughts in place!

Thankss

It was my last day at my workplace and I want to start over and I want to hear experiences and any advice would be appreciated

I recently started working at a restaurant while I wait to get back into healthcare, since I enjoy working with people and I’m usually good at it.
Unfortunately, this ended up being a very toxic work environment. From the start, several coworkers were rude and disrespectful, and there was a lot of negativity.
A few of them seemed to have a chip on their shoulder, and overall the atmosphere was unwelcoming mainly toward me, but also toward customers bexause they didnt speak English (i live in a tourist destination) which made the job really difficult as they always relied on me to talk to the people and do alll the tasks while they just did what was needed to be done, and all i saw was people abusing everyone behind their back, etc etc.
Today ended up being my last day. My manager saw how overwhelmed I was as i had cried alot in a really short period of time and we agreed it was best for me to leave. I feel relieved, even if it’s technically a “firing.”
I’m seeing this as a fresh start, but I’d really appreciate hearing from others who’ve left toxic workplaces , relationships how did you move on and reset?

Am I the problem or is this a toxic workplace?

I made a post about this a few days ago and I cant express how I like talking to people but i absolutely hate my team. All they do is remind me that they have been in this industry for years. Today I got called 'Stupid' by another coworker infront of all my coworkers because I didnt take sweets for the kids at the table when they ordered tge bill. They barely do this but when I do this since i'm new Im stupid.
This one girl i wrote the previous post about has been talking to me like i'm some buffoon. Passive agressive comments, talking behind my back to my boss's sister since they are close, taunting me and thats the only time we speak. Its such a weird environment some of my coworkers dont even greet the customers when they sit and eat , they leave the menu and leave because they dont speak english
. I have cried today again (mind y'all this is the 4th time in 20 days) because coworkers arent supposed to be like this. I UNDERSTAND when it gets busy and sometime people get grumpy but this feels straight up insulting. Is this really normal? Im at a busy restaurant at a tourist destination rhat has 60 tables. Dinner time is packed and people actually have to wait.
I also know that I make small mistakes because i'm know or I may not be as quick. But when it comes to people and making them frel like home since theyve come to eat with us, im great at that, I am quick. Warm, welcoming but i tend to forget really small things because of how nervous i get around my coworkers. Wasnt normal in my previous job.
Is this how being a waitress is? Because i thought this cant be stressful to a point where is breaks you so many times?

My colleagues are not good people.

I I’ve always wanted to explore my extroverted side and become more confident talking to new people, which is why this job feels like such a good fit for me. I genuinely enjoy interacting with customers, recommending specials, taking orders, and making people feel welcome. Even though this is my first job as a waitress, I feel like I’ve been handling the workload quite well, especially in such a busy restaurant with around 60 tables.

What has made things difficult for me is not the job itself, but the way some of my colleagues treat me. Since day one, I’ve felt constantly criticized, spoken to harshly, and blamed for small things while I’m still learning. Because I’m good with customers, I’m often sent everywhere at once by both managers and coworkers, helping different tables, taking orders, checking desserts, and doing multiple tasks at the same time. Naturally, while juggling so much as someone only 10 days into the job, there can be moments of confusion or things I’m still learning.

Instead of helping me improve calmly, some coworkers repeat things to me in an aggressive or disrespectful way, which makes me nervous and second guess myself. For example, today a table told me they needed another minute before ordering, and just after, a coworker raised her voice at me for not taking the order, even though I had literally just been there. There’s also a lot of gossip and talking behind people’s backs at work, which creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere and makes it harder to feel supported as a new employee.

The weird part is that I actually enjoy the job itself and know I have potential in it. I’m good with people, I stay polite under pressure, and I’m willing to learn. I just wish I was surrounded by coworkers who were more patient and encouraging instead of making me feel tense while I’m still gaining experience. I dont know how to go on with this. I spent 2 days now crying at work for a few mins.
