Anyone having problems with Base44 to iOS app store?

My biggest issue with Base44 has been that I am always able to create production ready web apps, however going to the app store is my biggest point of friction, and with my first app, I ended up having to hire someone to do it for me. I imagine lots of people are also finding a similar problem.

To help, I've been spending the past few months building a website that does this for you, with minimal friction. It is a webview wrapper right now (native features coming soon) however the simplicity that it gives you, being able to so easily go from website to iOS, is what really makes it something I'm proud of.

I just thought I'd share it here, because I imagine a lot of vibe coders are experiencing a similar issue right now.

I'm giving 50% off my web app to ios conversion tool to try and get some testimonials. any takers?

I built Paludis because I got sick of watching no-code builders on here struggle with the Apple submission process, and I know first hand how annoying the tools to get on the app store are.

Here's what it does: you give me your web app URL, I wrap it into a native iOS app and handle the entire App Store submission all the way to testflight. You get a real app on the store without touching Xcode or dealing with provisioning profiles or any of that Apple nonsense.

I'm running a limited offer this week: 50% off if you let me use your feedback in a testimonial. Takes 5 minutes on a call after I submit it.

Why I'm doing this: I need real users and proof this works before I scale it. You need your app on iOS without the headache.

Interested? Comment or DM me. Should have your app in review by end of week.

Offer ends Friday, thanks everyone.

Would anyone want to give feedback on a tool that turns websites into apps frictionlessly?

when i was using lovable to build my first mobile app, my main problem was actually getting it to the app store, which was unneccesarily difficult. as a result ive been spending the past few months building a tool that does it easily. Its become a product that im really happy with. I'm now at the stage where im primarily looking for user feedback.

My main feedback from early users has been that they dont trust it enough due to the lack of testimonials, and past websites that I have converted into apps. Although I have used it myself many times, I dont have any testimonials from others.

That being said, for anyone looking to convert their lovable project into an app, let me know and I would love to help you through the user process to try and get feedback for my website.

I built a tool allowing users to go from website to ios frictionlessly, due to my pain with it in the past

In my experience using websites like median, the hardest part from getting a lovable/base44 app to the app store is actually getting the website to an ios app. around 8 months ago when I was building my first app, I ended up having to hire someone to do it for me, who did a kind of shitty job.

Using my past experiences, i built a website that helps to convert websites to ios apps, and I tried to make it as seamless as possible, as to avoid confusion, and to make it easy to go from website to app.

For now, it is just a webview wrapper, and so I hope to add many native features such as push notifications etc in the future. In any case, I see it more as a cheap alternative for independent developers who may not have the budget, nor experience to do a rebuild in react native etc.

I'm currently looking for testimonials, and some users to give me honest feedback, so I would be more than happy to give some big discounts if needs be.

Thanks guys, i can drop the link if needed

I made a pretty neat tool that solves the friction between web apps and the app store

In my experience with sites like Lovable, Replit etc, the biggest friction I always had was converting web apps to mobile apps, and any tools i used were really unfriendly to the user, to the point i had to hire someone, who did a bad job for me.

This pretty much led me to make a tool that puts all the emphasis on making it as easy as possible to take your website to the app store. I'm really really proud of how it turned out, and how simple it really is.

Theres still a few things to improve, like trying to automate the actual submission process (which will solve the main friction within users), but for now, the fact that it automatically takes you from web app to testflight in 30 mins ish is really impressive to me. Native features like push notifications etc are also a big thing on my agenda right now.

Obviously it is just a web-view wrapper for now, and there are other tools like this, but the ones i used always were difficult to use, so i tried to make this as simple as possible.

Is this the type of thing people would use? any thoughts would be much appreciated!

What would you say is the most annoying part of getting an app to the app store?

Hey everyone, I'm currently building a tool allowing users from going to website to iOS app, and the whole point of it is to do so with as little friction as possible (for example getting onto testflight straight away with only a few clicks).

For the product, its selling point is going to be the lack of friction, so my question is: what is the part of building an app, and submitting it, that causes the most amount of friction for you guys?

For me its always been actually submitting the app, and the back and forth with apple, but it would be interesting to know what others think.

thanks guys

I built a pretty neat tool that allows people to turn their web apps to ios with zero friction

i feel like with websites such as lovable, base44, or replit, a lot of people are trying to get their web apps onto the app store, which, at least in my experience, has always been the point of biggest friction, as it just feels unneccesarily hard. i think especially to the less experienced user, it may be the point where people find it hardest.

because i used to be in the exact same situation, i built a pretty cool tool that turns a website into a native ios app build, and the part i am proud of is how simple it makes it, it walks you through it step by step so that you qquite literally cannot get stuck.

would people actually use this? thanks guys
