Fertiliser help

Hello, I need some help. For the last 100+ days, l've been dosing LCA All-in-One Premium fertiliser, and I've been getting okay growth. I also do two 30% water changes per week, with one pump dose after each water change.

It has come to my attention that this may not be enough, so I'm changing to THE 2HR AQUARIST All-in-One APT 1 as a better overall fertiliser. I asked Al, and it said to dose 2 ml a day except Sunday for a break, and I'm just checking if that's correct.

I'm also changing fertiliser because my tank has 18 cardinal tetras, which produce enough nitrogen, and 2HR Aquarist fertilisers don't include nitrogen, which I think suits my setup better.
