Apple & Salted Caramel Protein Roll 🍎🍯 550g | 450 kcal

Apple & Salted Caramel Protein Roll 🍎🍯 550g | 450 kcal

Macros:
Protein: ~32–35 g
Carbs: ~53–57 g
Fat: ~10–12 g

INGREDIENTS
For the sponge:
3 egg whites (~100 g)
1 egg yolk (~18 g)
20 g spelt flour
Erythritol or sweetener to taste

For the apple filling:
1 medium apple (~150–180 g, peeled)
2 g coconut oil
5 g honey
A little cinnamon

For the cream:
200 g salted caramel protein pudding (150 g for the filling+50 g for the topping), 1g cacao and 4g of water mixed together, optionally cinnamon powder

INSTRUCTIONS
Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

Add the egg yolk and gently fold it in.

Add the spelt flour and sweetener, then carefully fold everything together by hand to keep the mixture light and airy.

Spread the batter onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and shape it into a thin rectangle.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F for about 12–15 minutes, or until lightly golden. Be careful not to overbake it, as the sponge needs to stay soft and flexible enough to roll.

While the sponge is still warm, carefully roll it up together with the parchment paper. Leave it rolled up until completely cool. This will help it hold its shape and prevent it from cracking when you add the filling and roll it again.

Meanwhile, peel and finely dice the apple. Heat 2 g coconut oil in a non-stick pan, add the apple and cook for about 5 minutes. Add 5 g honey and a little cinnamon and cook for another minute or two until soft and lightly caramelized.

Spread 150 g salted caramel protein pudding over the sponge, add the apple filling and carefully roll it up. Finish with the remaining 50 g protein pudding on top. Add cocoa topping and cinnamon if you like it🍎✨

550g of insanely delicious shrimp pasta for under 350 kcal! 🍤🍝✨

MACROS — approx. 335 kcal
🥩 Protein: ~55g

🥑 Fat: ~10g

INGREDIENTS
• 225g shrimp — 151 kcal
• 200g konjac fettuccine — 10 kcal
• 100g 0% Greek yogurt — ~59 kcal
• 50g 10% Greek yogurt — ~65 kcal
• 5g avocado oil — 45 kcal
• 30g cherry tomatoes — ~5 kcal
• Fresh garlic
• ½–1 lemon
• Fresh parsley
• Paprika
• Black pepper
• Salt
• Seasonings of your choice

RECIPE
Drain the shrimp and pat them dry with a paper towel. Season with paprika, black pepper and salt.
In a large bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing the juice of ½–1 lemon with fresh parsley.

Rinse the konjac fettuccine thoroughly under lukewarm water and drain well.

Heat 5g avocado oil in a pan. Add some fresh garlic and let it become fragrant, then add the shrimp. I cooked mine for about 2 minutes per side.

Once the shrimp are cooked, transfer them straight into the bowl with the lemon-parsley marinade and toss well.

Turn the heat all the way down. Add the konjac fettuccine to the same pan and cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add both Greek yogurts and season to taste. Keep stirring for another 30 seconds until everything turns into a creamy sauce.

Transfer the creamy pasta into the bowl with the shrimp and marinade and mix everything really well.
Plate it up, top with freshly chopped cherry tomatoes and add any extra seasonings you like. 🌿🍅

My friends said they couldn’t taste the difference between this and restaurant-style shrimp pasta. :)

Needing advice regarding daily calories.

Hi all!🥰

I’m looking for advice because I’m trying to understand whether my irregular periods could still be caused by low energy availability and whether I’m finally eating enough (or even too much?). I would especially appreciate some first-hand experience if there is anyone who went through similar situation.

For the context, I’m 32 years old, 176 cm (5’9”), currently 69 kg (152 lbs).

Before this year my periods were regular.
On December 1st 2025 I weighed 72 kg (159 lbs).

Between December and early February I lost weight very aggressively, reaching 62.6 kg (138 lbs) by February 6th.

Looking back, I realize my approach was probably far too extreme. I was eating only about 1,300 kcal/day, keeping my fat intake very low, and averaging around 20,000 steps every single day. I wasn’t doing strength training at that point, just loads of cardio and walking. In February I missed my period for the first time in my life and since then I got them but the cycle between got instable.

I’m now aware that this was probably a terrible approach, but at the time I genuinely thought I was doing everything “right.”

After that, my period became irregular.
I didn’t immediately increase my calories because I was afraid of gaining weight. Around April I started working out 4 times a week (combination of lighter weights and cardio), reduced my daily steps to 11.000 daily and increased calories to 1,600–1,700 kcal/day, but I was still hungry. Then I increased to around 1,850 kcal/day, but I was still hungry, irritable, constantly thinking about food, and my sleep became noticeably worse.

Only recently have I finally increased my intake to around 2,200 kcal/day, and for the first time I actually feel good. My hunger is much more manageable, my mood is better, my sleep has improved, and I have much more energy.

However, my period is still irregular. I’m currently on cycle day 36 and still waiting for my period. I have mild PMS symptoms but it hasn’t come yet.

My questions are:
Based on everything above, does this sound like my body is still recovering from months of low energy availability?

Does 2,200 kcal/day sound reasonable for someone who is 176 cm (5’9”), 69 kg (152 lbs), strength trains 4x/week, and averages 10–12k steps per day, or does that sound excessive?

Has anyone else experienced delayed or irregular periods after a period of aggressive dieting, even after increasing calories?

How long did it take for your menstrual cycle to return to normal?
If you’ve recovered from hypothalamic amenorrhea or RED-S, did you have to eat more than you expected before your cycle came back?
I know no one here can diagnose me, but I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through something similar. Looking back, I realize I made a lot of mistakes with my diet and activity level, and now I’m just trying to recover and get my hormones back to normal.
Thank you!🤍

F/32/176cm[61kg>68kg] (3 months) in need of advice

Hi! These are my home workout progress photos in the past 3 months. I first lost a lot of weight (from 86 to 61kg) and although I was chasing numbers I wasn’t happy with my looks (which was probably also not the healthy weight for my height). So I upped the cal intake and incorporated home workouts 4 times a well, and am much happier about the way I look now. But what is still driving me crazy are the love handles/hip fat. Any advice on how I can get rid of them? Thanks so much in advance.

Need some advice / mental struggle / binge eating.

Hi everyone! I need some first-hand experience if possible because I don’t know how to get out of this vicious circle. I lost a lot of weight since last August (around 20kg/40lbs). This journey was full of ups and downs as I had struggled with binge eating ever since. Here and there I had some binging kicking in, which would last 2-3 days but I somehow managed to pull myself out of it and get back on track again. I also started lifting a few months ago on top of lots of previous cardio. But last Friday, 3 days ago… out of nowhere, just before I was about to get my period… a horrific binge cycle came literally out of nowhere. I was like okay, I will let it last for a day… but then a day turned into 2 days… and eventually it lasted for 4 full days.. which is not a problem itself but I just don’t know how to pull myself out of it. I don’t feel like training nor going out for a walk, I think it never struck me like this before. On top of that, I weighed myself this morning and I am 7.5kg (15lbs!!!) heavier than last Thursday. And man, it’s only been 5 days since then. Did it happen to anyone before? How did you get out of it? How much real weight do you think I put on? How long until I get my weight before the binge back? Thank you so much in advance 😭🩷

I am a woman, 176cm tall, 32 years, 68kgs. What would be a good deficit, sustainable caloric deficit for me? Every app/website shows me different results. TIA for your answers🫶🏻

1 year difference ✨🥹 [32]

Today marks 10 months of my fitness & health journey. Lost 23kgs (approx. 50lbs). Previous to this, I had been coping with the ED ever since. A lot of psychotherapy, walking, running, strength training in these 10 months but it was all worth it! 💪

Need help: Wulong Cha X / Initio Musk Therapy / Blue Talisman?

Hi guys! I am currently looking for a perfect long lasting summer scent that is not TOO citrusy. Valaya is my all time favourite btw. I also like Amouage Guidance. Which from these 3 I listed do you think would be the best? The problem is, where I live it takes forever to get the samples (some are very hard to find) and I am thinking if any of these 3 would be a safe blind buy. Thanks so much in advance!

So, I’ve been in a deficit and walking a lot for the past 7 months. I lost 25kg (50lbs) and was 1kg (2lbs) away from my goal weight. I have managed to lost weight a few times in my life previous to this but would always gain ut back due to binging. But, I’ve never been THIS close to my goal weight in my life…. And out of the sudden I don’t know what the heck happened in my brain 2 weeks ago. I started binging like crazy out of nowhere. Every. Single. Day. Since 2 weeks. I don’t even know the amount of calories I’ve binged on but I suppose it’s like 6-8.000 daily. And when I look at myself in the mirror I feel hate and shame. Here’s the photo of what I looked like 2 weeks ago and today:

https://ibb.co/F4g5wnnX

Unfortunately, the scale shows 24lbs(12) more which makes me feel even worse towards myself. I have two questions: How much time would I approximately need to get back to the point where I was on the right photo? Has anyone ever been in exactly the same situation and How much time did you need to go back to where you were before binging? And how much fat do you think I’ve put on? Some words of support would do. And yes, I did start a therapy a few days ago.
