Realisticall, how much does a good skincare routine help with premature aging from steroids?

Would using a cleanser, spf, a strong retinoid, azealic acid, and whatever else you need to stop getting pimples counteract most of the aging?

Have you ever had an actually painful lower back pump? I thought I hurt myself today

Did two sets of romanian deadlifts 12x100 and 10x100, 1RIR, which is not event that much, and only like 2 reps more than my last few sessions. I geniuenly thought I fucked up my back somehow. It went away after like 15 mins but even putting my weight back was really painful, shit it hurt to stand and not move

If you dislike Bulgarian Split Squat, try them in a Smiths machine.

While it doen't train your balance that way, it is a really good single leg exercise. Not having to fiddle around, readjust, and hold onto heavy dumbbels makes it actually quite fun.

I can also push a lot more weight that way compared to dumbbels. And it also helps my knee pain somehow.

If you try them dont forget to set the height of the safeties, and if your gym has actual bulgarian split squat stands use those too (cant link here i think just google them) because they are a lot more comfortable than a bench

I am starting an internship where I will be using abaqus, but I have only ever used the student version which only has a 1000 nodes. I also used ansys which is not that restrictive (100k nodes I think) Any tips?

I think my understanding of fea in general is pretty good (for a student, compared to other students) but the 1000 nodes is quite restrictive and my knowledge about using abaqus is limited because of it (like meshing complex geometries). I am looking for resources or tips or anything useful.

What other sport complements with bodybuilding?

Lets assume the person doing it isn't too heavy (like either an open bber or an obese powerlifter) but has some muscles. I'm looking for something that doesn't require a ton of time (like matathon training) or requires you to be as light as possible (like a marathon), or interferes with training (like training for a marathon).

Im looking for something that can be done once, maybe twice a week and have some fun with it, and where a bodybuilder type physique is an advantage or atleast not a disadvanage

I don't want to do powerlifting bc that is just basically a few changes to my current training. I used to run (like 40km per week) but eventually got bored of it. Its a positive if its at least a bit social and people other than men do it but not a requirement. Also no padel because sadly im heterosexual. What should I do? Boxing? Wall climbing? Something like squash/tennis? I did canoeing when I was young so maybe that but rn I don't live close enough to water plus its warm enough to do it maybe 6-8 months a year.

Is it illegal to ride a drunk horse?

(im asking because from what I heard in some places it is legal to ride a horse when you are drunk)

Lets assume that the horse had the horse equivalent of a few beers and isn't close to blacking out. Also lets assume that you didn't give the horse alcohol and it somehow got it, like idk a truck was carrying beers and a keg fell off next to the horse or something.

Due to an old injury all squat variations and leg extensions cause knee pain, so im only doing leg press for quads. Is there anything else I can do?

Normal squats, smiths machine squats, hack squats, belt squats and pendulum squats all feel uncomfortable and hurt my left knee which got bent sideways like 12 years ago. Leg extension hurt even more. And Im not talking about doing a bunch of sets to failure, after like 7 reps with a moderate weight I can feel its not right, maybe on a lucky day I can do two whole sets. (RDLs cause no pain and I like them)

For some unexplainable reason I can go 1-2 RIR on leg press with good depth and basically have no pain so right now all I do for my quads is 2x3 sets of leg press per week. Im talking about the 45 degree plate loaded one with the sled not the pin loaded ones where you sit upright, I never liked those.

You can certainly grow from this, Im progressively overloading it adding a rep or two every session but I feel like Im missing out, especially the rectus femoris growth but for that I cant really do anything. My goal is hypertrophy so I dont particularly care if something is "functional" or not. Is there anything I should try?
