Is it dumb to take a small dose of vitamin D if im from Spain?

Im from Spain and I barely get any sun because im an idiot that spends too much time on the computer. When I go out it's at night sometimes because there is this nicer warm but a bit fresher climate where I can not get cooked by the sun.

I was looking at gyms with a pool in Barcelona that have a sunbathing space as well. There are perhaps 3-4 options max unless I need to walk a lot. The idea is to join a gym, go to the pool, and then have sun 5 to 10 minutes max with no protection. Apparently this gives you like 10k UI. Which apparently is way better than 10K UI supplements which may block the VDR (vitamin D recetor) and make things worse. You should also check 1,25 hydroxi and not only OH25 to see if you actually have a deficinency.

I was thinking of buying some low dose (like 200 UI) daily supplement. There is one by Marnys. To have a baseline. Because it must be real low. I eat sardines a couple times a week or so, that's about it. So I was thinking, okay I will get some sun this way, but also add this 200 UI daily to guarantee I have at least a minimum amount going without blocking the VDR

So let me know if I should bother, or I just take the sun 3 times a week and that's about it? My phenotype is white with black hair. I used to tan easily when I was a kid. Now im really white like nordic level, but somehow I used to be Ronaldo level taned back then, but I stopped going into the sun at some point. Hopefully this is not lost if you don't use it I can still get at least 5-10 minutes of exposure without problems 3 times a week, get my dose of vitamin D and get out.

Constant muccus during a month with some cough, is this some sort of reflux or renmants of a viral infection?

36, male, 5'9'', 60kg. I take eutirox for hypothyroid.

I had nasty infection in mid april. A kid relate visited that had some cough, and like 2 to 3 days alter I had fever for 2 days, sore throat, coughing and tons of muccus, greenish, and had bright yellow muccus on the nose. I had distorted sense of taste and smell. The smell thing really was ridiculously distorted. Nice smells felt so weird. Couldn't sleep for 10 days. I had coughing attacks at night. I had a sprain trying to sleep and every cough felt like being punched. Survived and then for a month or so I have been coughing and spitting some green stuff as a seen on the pictures.

I am paranoid now and I no longer know if this is viral related. I have no other symptons but some coughing, some itchiness on my chest, and coughing muccus.

What type dr's should I visit to rule out things?

Reason im also concerned about reflux related is, in march I ate some pizza for dinner, I had sex all night it was kind of ridiculous, and when the girl left I was trying to sleep, and I don't know if all my bloodflow was still on my d*ck or something but I had some nasty diarrhea with some pain. I woke up next day, and I had a feeling of diarrhea again, but turns out it was blood. I don't know what happened. Since then I have been worried I damaged something. I went to the hospital, they did x-rays, digital rectal exam, stool examination, bloodwork, everything was normal. They said it may have been a virus.

So here I am for a month coughing and spitting some muccus. I feel like if I keep forcing it I could continue to spit muccus. Eventually it sort of stops and I can relax. But like I said, I don't know if this is some sort of post-covid thing (not sure what virus I had and im not vaccinated btw). Or whooping cough or what. Im hoping I have no permanent damage. Im 36 and hope regeneration features are still there if some damage was done. The coughing attacks were pretty bad but right now like I said, I feel sometimes some itch in my chest, and I cough this muccus sometimes. I have no shortage of breath, I can walk for an hour etc. I do not feel any burpings, acid feeling, or anything like that, I've never had those problems, but I've read about silent reflux, so I don't know if you may have some sort of reflux problem that generates muccus but it's not easily detectable.

So like I said, I don't know if this is the virus I caught that it's not going out completely or something else. I hope I don't need to take antibodies as I've read some people end up worse due being too harsh with the natural microbiome. In any case please let me know how this sounds and what type of drs should I vistit and in what order?

For instance, first pneumology, then ENT, or opposite? Thanks

TL;DR: Had a viral infection in april with cough and muccus. I have cough and muccus again for the last month, but no other symptons, not sure if viral related, or some sort of reflux? What type of dr can I visit to rule things out? Pneumologist then ENT or opposite? Thanks

PS: I have also had post nasal drip for what seems years, but it seems clear it's generated on the nose then falls down. My nose sometimes gets stuffed and I get rid of what seems some sort of transparent foamy stuff. It comes and goes. Right now my nose is completely clear.

How do I know if I had covid? been coughing green stuff for a month after I was infected by something in april

I had an infection of something in april, it was terrible. I think a coughing kid relative that visited infected me and two days later I had symptons. Fever for a couple days, distorted smell from hell, coughing and spitting green stuff, stuffed yellow stuff on nose. Barely slept for 10 days. Survived. But since a month ago I have a bit of cough and sometimes spit yellow stuff (I don't know how to post pics here but they are like blobs, sometimes like particles and sometimes more elongated).

What Dr should I vist for this? Pneumology? Someone suggested reflux, but never had it, and I don't have acidic taste or things like that so I don't know, but this is lasting for too long.

Im not vaccinated because I worked from home. Im 36 male 5'9'' 60kg, and I take eutirox. I have no other sympthons. I can walk for an hour, sprint, etc. I just have this cough, and sometimes spit stuff. Im worried I have permanent lung damage from the infection back then. I don't know what to do here. I've seen people get worse with antibiotics, they just destroy their natural microbiome.

Im in EU Spain so if anyone knows a Dr let me know, thanks.

PS: Oh and btw, how do you protect from covid nowadays? Should I be wearing ffp2 mask in public transportation? Im going to always carry one and wear it if it's too packed just in case from now on. Also can I reuse one after opening it? If I use it say, 40 minutes in public transportation, can I wear it the next day? Because it's like 50€ for a pack of 50 ffp2 masks and they are on sale.

I have been coughing this stuff for the past like 20 days. I had some sort of viral infection in mid april, recovered then again this. Not sure if reflux (never had it afaik) or it's renmants of the virus/bacteria whatever I had last april?

Age 36

Male

Height 5'0

60kg

Non smoker, non drinker, no known medical issues beside hypothyroid. I take 85mcg of eutirox.

I had a viral infection about the end of april and I had like the worst 10 days I remember. It happened after a family visited that was coughing, two days later I had fever, then coughing with tons of mucus and sore throat, I barely slept. Coughing greenish mucus of various tonality, and yellow mucus on nostrils which was very bright sometimes. I also had distorted smell sense. I had at some point a period of coughing attacks at night. It was terrible.

I finally got well, and now I feel normal and have been recovered since the middle of may or so. I had pain after coughing a lot for a while and I had a bad move turning around trying to sleep like a sprain so every cough was like getting punched but that is also now gone, but there seems to be remnants of the virus or something. I was ok without coughing or expectorating muccus after the virus thing I caught in mid april, but like 2 weeks ago or so im again spitting this muccus sometimes. I notice around 17:00 or 18:00 I spit the most in a row. So sometimes I cough and I see green mucus. It's not a lot compared to back then, but it's annoying, please see pic attached. What do I do?

Im not sure about antibiotics. I've read how people has screwed up their normal microbiome by using them, and sometimes it didn't even work because these viruses are now too resistant.

I have never had reflux and it doesn't feel acidic or something, but im paranoid now about what im really spitting. Im assuming the virus infection somehow still remains. I also hope there are no permanent damages in my lungs.

Something worth mentioning is at the middle of march or so I had a diarrhea after dinning a pizza. I had a lot of sex with a girl after dinning, for many hours, then after that, I had this diarrhea with some pain. The next morning, I had blood, a couple of times. It felt like diarrhea, but it was actually blood. I freaked out. The blood was fresh. I went to the doctor. I had a bloodwork and x-ray, I also had a digital rectal examination and a stool test. Everything came out ok. The dr said it may have been some virus. Now im paranoid this pain caused some sort of damage there. But I have never had blood again or pain so I don't know if that is unrelated and this is due the virus that I caught a month or so after that.

Btw no STDs or anything like that, it's been discarded.

So what should I do with this? What is the best type of doctor to visit? I am in Barcelona and there are numerous clinics and drs to try, but im not sure what is the correct type of doctor to visit.

Been trying to ask this around on the internet, nobody replies. Looks like people don't read wall of texts, only posts with fancy pictures get any motion. Please let know if anyone reads this.

How do you distinguish if when you cough muccus is due reflux or external viral/bacterial infection you caught? What is the type of dr you should visit to diagnose this?

I have been coughing green stuff. I had some nasty viral type infection back in april, finally survived, but for 2 weeks or so im coughing again some green stuff, sometimes it's less green. Is this an infection that remains? Im paranoid that it's some sort of reflux because I noticed this happens after I eat or dinning, but I dont notice any classic symptons of reflux like acid, burps, something on back of throat etc, so I don't know what's going on. I want to check with a dr but im not sure what would be best for this.

Reason im extra paranoid of GERD is this: Back in march I had a diarrhea with pain after dinner when I was in bed. I was with a girl and luckily this happened after. Frankly I should have went to the bathroom to pee or something but I was holding it. I don't know if this caused the diarrhea. Well the scary part is next morning, I felt like diarrhea was comming again, but it was actually blood. The blood was fresh. I have been since then paranoid that I broke something on my gut or something. I went to the hospital (social healthcare in EU). They did x-ray, digital tract, bloodwork, stool sample. All ok. But still paranoid something happened there that now is causing this. Or you would say this is related to the viral infection from mid april?

These are from various days:

For how long im supposed to spite green blobs of muccus after a virus

Im 36/male. I take euthyrox for hypothyroid. Im 5'9'' 60kg. I had a virus in april and it was pretty nasty. At first a couple of days with fever, then coughing with muccus. I couldn't sleep barely for like 10 days it was hell. Thankfully I got throught it. Right now I feel ok but im still spitting green blobs of muccus sometimes. Sometimes it's more clear and other's a bit darker. Im worried if it's something else like reflux or whatever. I've never had it and I don't notice any acidic taste or anything. I had a stool test and it came out normal. I had a scare where I had blood after a diarrea (this was like in march I think) then I had this virus after a coughing family member came visiting. They did tests and they never saw anything. The blood was fresh. That night I had sex for like 6 hours after dinning a pizza. Then next day I had that blood diarrea after having normal diarrea that morning before I went to sleep. Not sure if relevant. Then on april, the coughing family member, I think that's when I caught the virus. I have no stds, nothing. The bloody diarrea only happened once. So I don't know. Is this just remants of the virus that im still getting rid off or something else?

What mask to clean black mold?

What is the best face mask to clean black mold with Cillit Bang type of products? (basically bleach)

AI said 3M 7500 series with 6059 ABEK1 filters, is this correct?

Best mask when cleaning with "Cillit Bang Expert Black Mold Remover" type of product?

What mask is best when cleaning with bleach type product like Cillit Bang Expert Black Mold Remover? Ingredients:

>Per 100g product contains 2.19g Sodium Hypochlorite, Contains less than 5% Chlorine Based Bleaching Agents, Disinfectant, Perfume

AI said 3M 7500 with "3M 6059 ABEK1" filter is the best but I cannot find that filter, not sure if AI made a mistake?

I have cleaned using protective googles, vinyl gloves and an ffp2 mask, however these masks are not ideal, I could still smell the bleach type smell.

If these 3M 7500 masks are legit, then please let me know what filters are best for these ingredients.

This is important because the bathroom is small and has no window. I am using a fan in the door facing out of the bathroom, hopefully this pushes air out. Not sure if this should be done the opposite way btw, facing to the bathroom so new air is pushed in and existing air goes out?

Anyway please let me know.
