So I'm gonna do DIY since it's the only option for my country And age there is no other options.

So I'm 14 and I wanna know what should be the dose I take, I know what the usual doses are for Adults but I read that teenagers should take a lower dose and very slowly increase but, I cant find any sources that say how much exactly I should take and how often do I increase. so if anybody has any idea or sources please reply to this to help me out.

And what is available in my country to find and what I'm gonna take are,

Cyproterone acetate (Androcur) which has a usual adult dose of 6.25-12.5mg OR Spironolactone (Spectone) which has a usual adult dose of 200mg "I still haven't decided between the two."

And for Estrogen its gonna be Progynova

I'm planning on sublingual route

I can get that stuff from local pharmacies since they don't ask for any prescriptions 90% of the time

Oh also I got my total Testosterone and Estradiol E2 tested last week and I got these results

Total T : 518 ng/dl

Estradiol E2 : 32.45 pg/ml

Guys, I’m overthinking like crazy right now. I’ve been researching DIY HRT for over a year, and my baseline hormone levels just came back completely normal for my age. But now I’m stressing over what everyone keeps saying and said before that DIY is going to kill me, especially because I’m only 14.

DIY is literally my only option because of my country. I have no one to talk to, and seeing a therapist isn't an option. Part of me wants to just go for it because I’ve planned this for a year and know exactly what i should do. But now I’m genuinely terrified of the risks.

At the same time, I don't think people realize how much this dysphoria is killing me. Every time I see a boy in the mirror or hear my voice drop, i wanna skin myself. This feels like my only lifeline, but I’m terrified that the one thing that could help me might actually end up hurting me. I don't know what to do. help.?

So I know we are supposed to get tested for Testosterone and estradiol (e2) before we start HRT and every 3 months so next week I'm getting these tested and after I test I'm gonna Start taking Cyproterone acetate and estradiol. So I'm wondering

do my starting doses change according to the results I get in the tests im gonna do before HRT? or are they gonna stay the same?

And I know teenagers are supposed to start at a lower dose than adults and increase but

what exactly should be the frequency I increase and how much Is the "lower" dose?

And is there any extra tests I should get since I'm taking Cyproterone?

And for anyone telling me "oh I can't give medical advice since your a teenager" just show me sources or anything that says the recommendations and answers to my questions so u could feel better about urself.
