Are runs only used for divination?

My idea is to imbue runes on objects, in my head they could guide the energy around us or smt idk how to explain. Basicly i wanted to carve in a clayball certain runes so i could make a spell that binds luck to the clay, so when i needed some i could break the clay ball supposedly releasing the luck stored. My question is that is this a concept or not, because i have only seen runes in divination and some in bindrunes, but never in complex spell systems like "code"

Update:
Thank you for all feedback and positive criticism, your ideas gave me inspiration to keep studying and trying. I made this sketch of the runespell i visualized, please tell me your opinion on it and how to improve it.post with the spell

I dont know what is happening with my dog

His penis has what to me seems like herpes i guess? And he keeps licking. It also seems stuck because it has been like 20 minutes and its still not going in.
Its bright red and keeps "pulsing".
I want to take him to a vet but its 4 am and theres no emergency vet close to me

So i have seen people using only mashed mango in the creami to achieve the besg sorbet texture to swirl. But since mango is fairly expensive, i was wondering what other fruits could help me achieve such velvet texture without compromising the whole flavour like banana does.

So i got a swirl and im having touble swirling, the texture is alwas either to thick if i use milk or too soft if i use fruit. How can i achieve a nice texture swirlable? Also how can i get a creamy texture without using xhantan gum, pudding mix or collagen?

Ive seen somwhere on this sub that i cant make ice cream without sugar of fat because it will breake the mschine. But i have seen influencers using just milk or literally just Frozen fruit and water. How do i know if something will breake the machine? And if i have to ads sugar, how do i know how much is enought, for example, for just a milk ice cream ?
