Hello all! As a consumer looking to purchase USED now, I found the following situation pretty interesting:

The dealer has 3 USED vehicles, same trim, similar miles. They’ve posted them as low as 28k and as high as 34k over the 3 months. All 3 been on the lot 90+ days. It is not a rare used vehicle with 40+ within 250 miles of me.

The vehicle I prefer was listed at $28k in April, and gone as high as 34k in May. It’s currently listed as $32k.

I offered what i thought was fair at $29k and they won’t even call me back, saying Internet price is their best price. But also mentioned if I was in the dealership there’d potentially be wiggle room. Whats going on here? Was my $29k not fair. I have two other offers around $29k im willing to show them, but those are over 2.5 hour drive from me and I prefer the local deal.

We can put whatever deposit they’d like and coordinate pickup within 24 hours of the deal. I just work a lot.

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Hello all. FL buyer looking to purchase in next 2-6 weeks. Budget is $37-38k OTD and looking for new or used (within factory warranty, preferably 12-15k miles odometer and 18-24mo remaining warranty) Sales tax is 7%

Criteria is only a bench in the second row, preferably 8 seat but 7 is doable. We’ve test driven and like the Traverse.

Is there any benefit to me to answer the surveys at the turnstiles? They already operate kinda shady, as I’ve heard multiple times “I need to see your ticket.”

I’ve always refused, but do they offer any benefits to completing the survey?
