I havnt got a lot to spend on a new grinder, i need one as mine is painted. Obviously steel is best but its too expensive, aluminium is too soft and can get into your bud same with plastic.
What about zinc though? I havnt seen a zinc grinder until now and its only a fiver, is the metal hard, are they any good?

Got my first script through the door yesterday but since the battery didnt arrive until today I couldn't do anything with the cart.
Now im looking at the prescriber instructions properly it says one to two second inhalation maximum ten times inhalations day. Is this is a pisstake lol how am I supposed to get effects from one second inhales once an hour.
I've had a few tokes on the yocan uni pro until I worked out about 2.8v is about correct voltage I think but more than half of my prescribed daily allowance of inhalations in ten minutes and only feel a slight effect.
What's the crack am I expecting too much of medical products or are the clinic being overly cautious telling me one-two second inhales?

After years of mental health struggles and substance misuse i have lived quite a sedate life for years now which has left me a skinny fat 15.9st at 5ft11 possibly 6ft. I walked about 80 miles over the past month for a fund raiser and it has made ne want to try and get fit again.
I've tried the gym where I reopened a hernia on an assisted pullup machine, its fixed now but bike never been able to do even one. I end up so sore from training that I cant train again for days. I've tried a beginner may Thai course and some boxing sessions and although I enjoy those much more I was even more exhausted from one session a week.
I did some floor movements a few days ago push ups from knees, small dips, forearm work a few squats and some leg raise/crunch things. I enjoyed this but dont really know what im doing to get a proper work out and when I look online its courses and subscriptions.
Any ideas that would be good to get me fit enough for more vigorous exercise like the boxing classes which I will be reattending soon?
My first alternaleaf appointment just went great, it almost didnt happen as I got the link for semble, then got an email saying my appointment was cancelled when I tried to find out what was going on i was panicking so i joined the video call and my mic didnt work!
Thankfully the young lady was very helpfu i just showed her my id and she rang me, im speaking to the psych on wednesday and should have my first ever meds on Thursday it was so easy and jowbi feel like im celebrating too early, the hardest part was getting the gp to give me my paperwork but I allowed alternaleaf to liaison with my gp which helped some.
Am I celebrating too early as ive already told a friend and they are expressing how lucky I am despite believing that medical cannabis actually does anything
I finally have everything set for my appointment with alternaleaf tomorrow, i know this isn't where I will be speaking to a prescriber but if all goes well what is the likelihood that they would prescribe a cart on the first go as i have family who's health can be effected by the smell of flower. I went to pick up my scr and they have given me a patient summary which does not show previous tried medicatios only lists my current which is also wrong, this will be no good for my alternaleaf appointment tonorrow will it,
I havnt seen my SCR yet and am worried that it has been so long that I was last given anti depressants it wont show as one of the therapies tried on my from, I have evidence of talking therapies.
Is the SCR only the last ten years?

My appointment is wednesday, im picking up my SCR tomorrow and im sat with my passport in hand trying to find a way of sending a copy of it to alternaleaf, is this necessary or will I be OK having my paper SCR and physical ID for my appointment or do I need to get my ID in to them somehow prior??

I'm rapidly nearing 40, I started taking drugs because of trauma when I was young like 12 same time i was diagnosed with depression. So I've been an addict 25 years in one way or another. I know I have a lot of maturing to do due to delayed development. I want to live life and am trying to get off the drugs but today for example I was watching all the couples enjoying the weather and the families and I think even if I get sober I will never have that as who is going to want an ex junkie with nothing to offer (no money, house, job prospects, education). I'm not bad looking and I've got a good heart but I've learned some bad coping skills in my time and my problems combined with the fact id like to meet a lady with no children...i dont see it happening and its a fight every day to not just give up again as I have so many times before...could there really be a life on the other side for me?
