Hi all
I run a premium fashion brand and have been marketing primarily through Instagram/Meta ads. I advertised consistently for about 4 months, then took a break until this August while we worked on improving the website, packaging, and overall customer experience to hopefully increase conversion.
My previous ad spend was around 18,000 AED/month (600 AED/day, roughly $4.9k/month). We focused mainly on Instagram because our products are premium-priced fashion, and so far it’s been the best platform for finding the right audience.
Results roughly looked like:
- Month 1: Barely broke even
- Month 2: Barely broke even
- Month 3: ~60,000 AED revenue from ~18,000 AED ad spend (3.3x ROAS)
- Month 4: Was performing well, but we had to stop midway due to unforeseen circumstances
Now we're ready to start advertising again, and I want to actually scale rather than stay at the same level.
I'm considering 20,000–25,000 AED/month ($5.4k–$6.8k) in ad spend, but after having a break I'm wondering whether jumping straight back in at that level is smart or whether I'm just risking burning money and essentially having to "retrain" Meta again.
For those who have scaled fashion/e-commerce brands on Instagram: how would you approach restarting and scaling this account? Would you go straight back to ~600–800 AED/day, or start lower and scale based on performance?
Would appreciate advice from anyone managing similar spend levels.

Hello guys:) My dad’s insta got hacked day before yesterday (those forex scam kind of posts) despite him having two factor authentication. Luckily he was still logged in so I deleted the stories, and changed his password. Logged him out of all other devices. Set up recovery with the face just in case.
However, he has been logged out of his Facebook. I believe the hackers changed the password if possible? Because our password was not working. When I did forgot password the sms/ WhatsApp message for verification is not coming through. I’ve tried it around 10 times so far.
Worst part is when I go to Facebook.com/hacked, and try to recover my account, the sms and WhatsApp message still does not come through. Any help?? I believe the Facebook help emails are outdated. Desperately need to regain access to the account.
All help deeply appreciated:)
Hello, I run a niche fashion business here in Dubai. I’m looking for a female personal assistant who is knowledgeable in fashion / luxury PR and is proactive, it’s a bonus if she is creative and has good taste. We won’t have to meet at all except for a few days. I also require her to be comfortable in front of a camera and model my products on our social media.
It will be a paid internship, potential to turn into a job.
These are my requirements:
- Must have great organizational skills
- Must answer my WhatsApp messages and calls
- Must be knowledgeable about fashion PR and the current luxury scene. Good at reaching out to publications, getting our pieces to celebrity stylists etc.
- Great etiquette and neat appearance
- Preferably 5’5-5’7 cm height.
When we are filming content I want minimal makeup and short gel nails. To clarify I am female myself and the above are important as your presentation is a reflection of the brand.
I am looking to onboard someone in around 1 month. Most days you will be at home but I require you to reply on WhatsApp when I message or call you. If you have the necessary knowledge and drive we will be a great match !
Hi, I have an established luxury fashion e com in Dubai. I am the sole owner and no employees. Our numbers are as follows:
40-45k AED monthly in the market validation phase pre-scaling.
Average Order Value ~2,000 AED.
Target audience are UAE and Qatari Nationals.
I wish to target US and UK from our next collection.
I have had some customers from royal families. I began the business Mid November.
Seeking 150k AED up to 300k AED. Connect to discuss further. Have a lovely day 😊
I began in mid November. Since then I was testing the market, checking for what the market is responding to well, building the foundation, and optimizing paid acquisition in UAE and Qatar. All is in place to scale this month.
Looking to onboard someone as I no longer want to be the sole owner and wish to scale. Not looking for partners.
- AOV ~2000 AED
- Targeting GCC Nationals
- Already strong customer base
- Projection 100k+ monthly by the end of the year
- We are a niche player and positioned as a niche luxury brand
- No employees, and I am the sole owner
- Already profitable
Looking forward to connect. I’m available for a quick call as well.
Edit: Thank you for everyone who showed interest and shared kind words, I will get back to everyone. I will be taking one person onboard.
Hi everyone, I’m the sole owner of an online fashion business running from Dubai. I am looking to take on investors to scale, I haven’t taken on any yet. If you are interested please message so we can connect over a call and I can share the necessary information.
Minimum ask 100k AED, up to 300k AED, with investor returns capped at 1.7x over a 3 year period. 7% in year 1, 7% in year 2, remaining balance paid in year 3. I’m flexible regarding the structure. Early repayment if we perform better than expected. Late payments are not in the picture. All and any protection you require. Let’s get on a call to discuss more
