Update regarding my Southern Victory scenario

I've made some pretty substantial progress as of now, but it's going along great

As you may have noticed, I finally finished Canada and Russian Alaska! So now, All of North America (Barring Greenland) is finished. I'll soon add more cities for the continent but for now I'm pretty satisfied with this

I've also added all of the Central American republics, and some of the British Carribbean colonies like Jamaica, the Bahamas, and British Honduras!

Like I said I still have a lot to finish. For now I'm thinking about focusing on either Equatorial Africa or East Asia. I hope I am amble to make steady progress on this scenario based on what I've managed to finish so far. Stay tuned!

Randomly remembered this but apparently in 1972 George Wallace claimed he was jewish (kinda)

I also found a jewish newspaper from 1972 that talked about how jews from Alabama thought of Wallace (tl;dr they didn't particularly like him and were weary of how he was supported by the Klan and JBS, but didn't think he was particularly antisemitic himself and the article pointed out he was pretty pro-israel and supported military aid for the country) Imo this strikes me more as desperate pandering to get any support at the primaries

Two kinda related questions:

  1. Is there a mod where I can play as Nixon with H.W Bush as veep?

  2. How would Bush being veep effect Nixon's term? I assume no Agnew means no corruption investigation which I guess would be big

This all came about because I remembered that Nixon wanted Bush for vp at first which got me fantasizing about it for some reason
