• How is security and maintenance?
• How are the facilities/amenities and beach access?
• What are the current rental prices for 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments?
• Are there any additional maintenance/service charges?
• How are electricity, water and internet reliability?
• How is the commute to DHA/Clifton and other parts of Karachi?
• Are there any downsides or issues that people should know about before renting?

Would really appreciate honest opinions, including the negatives. If you’re currently renting there, it would also be helpful to know roughly how much you pay and the apartment size.
