F24, 148 lbs 5’8- ingrown toenail becoming an issue

I’ve looked this up a billion times but I really don’t understand what the solutions really mean? About once a month or so I cut into my toe/cut off my toenail because it’s digging into my skin and makes it hard to walk on, but obviously it grows back worse and deeper each time. I don’t have any insurance so I’m not really sure how I’d go about getting this fixed myself. The picture is after I cut it out, it feels better for now but I know it will get worse if I keep doing it like this. Idk, the solutions online just don’t make sense to me visually I guess?

[Computer disc game][2009] I can only remember three parts

I’ve been looking for this game for the last seven years so I don’t have high hopes sadly but here goes nothing: Firstly when the game starts you enter the world via a roller coaster I believe, but this part is less important. There are multiple characters to choose from that have activities including one spray paint/billboard activity with possibly a cool cat, and one character brings you to make music by dragging and dropping colorful slugs (each slug had a noise and like length?)

ETA: I think it was 3D and remember the graphics being fairly dark, borderline creepy, it was a kids game though

Big fat pencil candy

The yellow part is candy shell, the wood is marshmallow, the lead is chocolate, and there’s also raspberry jam inside… yum so yum.. and it was made by toxic waste which is my favorite irl candy brand

Pasta Salad
