I'm asking for your guys' favourite cheese (to snack on)

Mind you I've never really gotten into cheese. Ever.

So far in my short journey, I've tasted Tomme Vaudoise nature, and Pavé d'Affinois which is a french cheese. They were both soft with an edible rind. I really liked both of them, but the French cheese was really nice.

I know one thing, I definitely prefer soft cheese over hard cheese.

Also, I prefer cheese with flavour over bland cheese.

I'm open to anything really, goat cheese, cow cheese, smelly, not smelly.

Also, I'd like to start off with a small budget, and then climb up the ladder towards more expensive cheese.

So before I tie myself up inexorably to this industry, is it possible to even dislike commodities in general?

Or is that not realistic since there are many different roles, within many different commodities which appeal to a wide range of people and interests?

I'll be joining as a Masters student in late August.

I've been in the Sharing is Caring Facebook group for months now, and I have sent 70+ messages to many different people.

I'm constantly checking Facebook for updates and new posts multiple times a day. So the moment there's a new post, I have contacted the publisher within max 2 hours.

Problem is that out of the 70+ people I've messaged, I've gotten back very few replies. Most either leave me on read, or on delivered.

Unfortunately I don't have any friend in SG or HSG so I don't have any direct contacts for housing...

Is this a normal situation? Is anyone facing the same thing as me?

Do people end up finding housing eventually or is this a recurring issue every year and people just can't attend HSG because they can't find housing?

I'll make this short and easy to read.

I have been watching porn since I was about 13 years old. I'm in my early 20s now.

My tastes have slowly gone from the first video on the hub to then step incest content, to more hard core stuff, then to things on the other side of the spectrum.

Each time my interest changed it was because I was getting bored and numb to the content I was already watching. It was difficult for me to find pleasure and finish. So when I did try out new content it was out of curiosity and taboo. When it did make me finish, I was usually disgusted at myself.

The interesting part is that my relationship with porn is pretty cyclical. I usually do it quite often for a period of time, and then get disgusted at myself, and not do it for weeks on end.

But the most difficult part for me is when I'm alone in my bedroom, and the impulse is overwhelming and I just can't control it no matter what.

I'll be leaving my parents place soon so I'm really afraid once I start living by myself, I'll have no self control and I'll spiral out of control.

How do I prevent this from happening? I have ADHD, so it's very difficult to control my impulses. When I feel the need, there's nothing else that matters in my mind, and that's the only thing I think about.

I don't need the latest and greatest.

My main question is on battery life, and more specifically for those who had this tablet : how was the battery life on Day 1?

Did it last at least 8 hours on medium brightness?

My main question is to do with payment. The seller wishes I pay them via TWINT.

Is it possible (if I get scammed) to dispute the transaction with my bank and not let the payment go through?

I'm considering just buying the iPad A16 instead, but my issue is the Apple Pencil doesn't magnetically charge, and I can't hook it up to external displays...

I want to switch over from my Samsung Tab S8 to the base iPad.

My only issue is that the base iPad doesn't support the Apple Pencil Pro.

So I don't have the option to quickly trigger the eraser when I'm note taking...

I'm looking for a stylus which has either a haptic feedback feature like on the Apple Pencil pro, or has a button which can be pressed.

I've had a Galaxy Tab S8 for a while now. It's a fantastic tablet with great battery life!

The one thing I can't wrap my head around though is why do Microsoft apps have to be so bad on android tablets?

I was watching a video of Excel and other MS Office apps on the latest version of IpadOs, and they're very close to being laptop replacements.

Also, Onenote is a terrific FREE note taking app on iPad.

But both Onenote and MSOffice apps suck on android!!

Is there any way to nudge Microsoft into updating their android apps and making them on par with the Apple versions?

I'll be going into a corporate finance master's program in Europe.

It seems like breaking into IB is quite doable if you already have prior relevant experience.

I have absolutely no experience in IB/Consulting/Accounting, and all my "experience" is in commodity trading firms.

Since it's a 2 year program, I can still try to apply for a SA in between my 1st and 2nd year.

But my question is how doable is it to break in for the SA role, and for a full time role after graduation?

I've already installed a matte screen protector on the kindle screen, and I really like it.

I still miss the feel of paper though, and I was wondering if such a Kindle case exists?

Maybe if it's a flip cover, then the inner part covering the screen when flipped could mimic the feel of paper?

My relationship with medication is very straightforward.

On days I know I will need to study (even just a little bit), I take it that morning.

On casual days when I only go to class and don't study afterwards, or during vacation, I don't at all use it.

Medication for me is mainly tied to studies. But I am going to enter the working world very soon, and I'm curious to see if I would still require it day-to-day.

I take medication for studies because without it my attention drifts away, and I can't stay focused and productive. Not because I'm not interested in the subject, but it's as soon as I hit a roadblock which stops the flow and which requires me to dig more deeply and/or requires more intellectual power, then I give up way easier and get distracted.

I'm an EU national, and have absolutely no knowledge of mandarin or Cantonese.

How doable is it to break in? Especially in metals and/or energy products?

I've been using Anti-hydral on and off for the past 5 months.

I usually apply it in a generous amount for 7-10 days. And then I get lazy and complacent and my hands start sweating again a week after that.

I want to set a routine where initially I apply it everyday, and then I start applying it less often. But I don't want to have to wait to start sweating again to start applying again.

In addition, I'd like to know how you manage to get rid of those spots where hard dry skin forms?
