Ive had these symptoms since February still no answers, what could it be (not mental illness)

Age 20, male
Also constant headache, nausea memory issues and fevers these are the notes my doctor took and he had no idea what it was and i have seen 2 doctors. i am going to be seeing a neurologist soon but its a long wait. wondering if anyone has any ideas or what tests i should ask for.
Also my drawing of a clock in the comments that my doctor asked me to draw

Does anyone have seizures similar to this?

I don’t see alot of non convulsive non epileptic seizures online so im curious
I stare and drool for a few seconds and me i am semi conscious but there is a brief second i feel like i lose complete consciousness but before the seizure i usually start saying random words that don’t make sense and get goosebumps sometimes or feel weird in general and sometimes pace around for a little before the actual seizure and i get a feeling like my head is very heavy beforehand then i get a weird burnt rubber smell, and get tachycardia and sweat alot and turn red when i come out of my seizures i am agressive and have assaulted nurses due to being very confused and afterwards all of that i am left with a horrible migraine. My oxygen has also gone down during them before!

How to forgive myself for the things i did during psychosis

I was horrible during it, i said to my mum i was going to shoot a kid on my street because i thought he was a demon in disguise, i hit my brother, threatened my sister with a knife. I feel incredibly guilty and have apologised for it all and they understand but i don’t feel any better about it.

Medicated but still hearing voices

One of my most frequent auditory hallucinations is a dude saying “hey man” “hey man” until I answer then when i answer he stops. or i get told “don’t eat you fat cunt” im not even fat but i used to struggle with a eating disorder so that one pisses me off. Im trying to get better but its hard to be my normal old self again

Possible misdiagnosis

I was diagnosed with fnd back in 2025 for non epileptic seizures but this year everything changed dramatically
Sorry this is long it was a long time having these symptoms and no answer and i haven’t seen alot of information about psychosis and neurological disorders I felt like i was going crazy and its taken me months to finally have the courage to explore whats happening. Im sharing this to see if anyone else has had any sort of experience like this. I had a 2 month long migraine leading up to my psychosis and it still continues on and off, weight loss, severe memory issues, fevers, joint paint, visual hallucinations, sleepwalking, insomnia, agitation, auditory hallucinations, tactile hallucinations, feeling like bugs were crawling on me, behavioural changes, paranoia, odd smells, seizures (they told me they are non epileptic after doing a 20 minute eeg) weird wobbly gait couldn’t even ride my bike, my handwriting declined to unreadable. I also had weird uncontrollable movements in my arms randomly. i didn’t know what the hell was going on so i decided to look up my symptoms and i stumbled across autoimmune encephalitis i decided to draw a clock and it didn’t look right at all. Does anyone have any advice, they thought i had limbic encephalitis in the psych ward and did a mri but because that and the eeg was clear i got put on a antipsychotic and it gave me akasithia the hallucinations have gone but all the other symptoms come and go symptoms come and go and i still have hallucinations here and there and hear things and have chronic migraines and headaches. Also worth mentioning i had small white matter lesions on my first mri but when i was in the hospital they disappeared. Also a description of my seizures and i don’t think they present like any non epileptic ive seen it’s difficult to describe my seizures because they are so bizarre to me and i am semi conscious but there is a brief second i feel like i lose complete consciousness but i usually start saying random words that don’t make sense and get goosebumps sometimes or feel weird in general and sometimes pace around for a little before the actual seizure and i get a feeling like my head is very heavy beforehand then i get a weird burnt rubber smell, i stare and drool and get tachycardia and sweat alot and turn red when i come out of my seizures i am agressive and have assaulted nurses due to being very confused and afterwards all of that i am left with a horrible migraine i know what’s happening is very real but i get dismissed because Ive been diagnosed with psychosis and its frustrating that one short test has made them decide its not epilepsy. What type of seizures could this be? feel free to ask me any questions about it all! I will also come back to this post and update once i have seen a neurologist regarding everything. And for clarification i am not diagnosed with schizophrenia, this was said to be psychosis of unknown cause. Im wondering if anyone here has been misdiagnosed too and if i should look into it further as i dont want to end up worse especially if i can get treatment for this rather than just a bandaid antipsychotic

20 minute eeg showed no epilepsy, is it worth requesting a longer one based on the presentation

it’s difficult to describe my seizures because they are so bizarre to me and i am semi conscious but there is a brief second i feel like i lose complete consciousness but i usually start saying random words that don’t make sense and get goosebumps sometimes or feel weird in general and sometimes pace around for a little before the actual seizure and i get a feeling like my head is very heavy beforehand then i get a weird burnt rubber smell, i stare and drool and get tachycardia and sweat alot and turn red when i come out of my seizures i am agressive and have assaulted nurses due to being very confused and afterwards all of that i am left with a horrible migraine i know what’s happening is very real but i get dismissed because Ive been diagnosed with psychosis and its frustrating that one short test has made them decide its not epilepsy. Weirdest presentation of psychosis something is not right

Maybe some people have had a similar experience with a neurological condition being misdiagnosed as a mental one I felt like i was going crazy, I had a 2 month long migraine leading up to my psychosis and it still continues on and off, severe memory issues, fevers, joint paint, visual hallucinations, sleepwalking, insomnia, agitation, auditory hallucinations, tactile hallucinations, feeling like bugs were crawling on me, behavioural changes, paranoia, odd smells, seizures where i say random words beforehand then stare and drool and am semi conscious, when i come out of the seizures i can be aggressive and confused (they told me they are non epileptic after doing a 20 minute eeg) weird wobbly gait couldn’t even ride my bike, my handwriting declined to unreadable. i didn’t know what the hell was going on so i decided to look up my symptoms and i stumbled across autoimmune encephalitis i decided to draw a clock and it didn’t look right at all. The last photo is my most recent clock from today. I have had an mri show small white matter lesions which disappeared when i got the one at the hospital and my chairi malformation disappeared too which makes me wonder what the hell is going on?
