Getting a root canal tomorrow at 19. I’m terrified

What should I expect? I never had any pain above a 3/10 with the infection, now I have no pain at all. I only noticed the pain 2-3 months ago. I’m still getting the procedure done, I don’t wanna risk anything. I got my wisdom teeth out in January and had a very painful recovery, but no complications thankfully. I’m really nervous about tomorrow and how painful it will be. Everyone I’ve told had been very sympathetic and concerned, it’s making me scared. Can I take my Buspar anxiety medication before the procedure?

Shampoo for damaged fine hair

I live in an area with hard water, and my hair is already damaged from constant flat ironing and old box dyes. I have fine hair but it’s not terribly thin, it looks healthy until I straighten it. It’s long and wavy, my friend says 2A. The hair around my forehead is always greasy, mostly because of my hairline, but this is definitely something I consider when picking a shampoo. I quit using hair dye months ago, but straightening is non-negotiable for me. Do y’all have any recommendations for a more affordable shampoo? I’m gonna invest in a different clarifying product, so this would only be for regular washes. I’m also looking for a regular lightweight conditioner and an alternative deep conditioning treatment. Thanks!

Music makes me cry in public

I’ve always been affected by music, and I unfortunately can’t seem to enjoy myself in environments with music I don’t want to hear. In the past few years it’s become more intense and I get full body chills from songs, sometimes even just thinking about them. I rarely watch music videos because I don’t want to alter my perceptions, if I do watch one then there’s a 100% guarantee I will cry. Music makes me cry unexpectedly at least a few times a week, and it’s not just sad music. I can barely attend concerts or watch live performances on the TV with people. It’s becoming kind of a problem, to the point that I actually left my part time job to find somewhere without a radio. I hated holding back tears while trying to do my job over something so unserious.
I don’t really know what to do about this, I have some helpful breathing exercises and an anxiety medication, but it’s getting worse. I don’t cry easily over other things, IDK why it’s becoming like this. I’ve never met anyone else who also felt this way and it kind of makes me feel like a freak

The piercings look fine, aside from the area being a little red. My flats are still sore and I need a piercing pillow to sleep after getting them done in August, is this normal?

(I’ve been assuming it’s normal but my friend recently had an issue with the same piercer so I want to make sure)
