Stray dog keeps following me like I’m her owner

Ever since I started the gym, walking there and back surprises me every time. It’s this one cute black dog (I don’t know the breed I’m a cat person) just laying down on the side of the path, but when she sees me walking she immediately gets up and starts inspecting me and starts following me like happily in a way? Along with another different dog each day. They usually play fight and when I walk too far she breaks it up and starts running after me like she’s attached to me.

I don’t know much about dogs, but every stray dog I’ve came across barks at me and is violent towards me. Is this normal? Is this the dog distribution?

F16 got asked by my dad who’s 54 to iron his shirt.

I accidentally stumbled upon him ironing his shirt which is a rare occurrence since my mom does everything for him, and then he looked at me in a non joking way then asked “do you wanna iron my shirt?”. I obviously said no cause I had better things to do and didn’t make a big deal out of it until he kept insisting and insisting until my mom came.. he’s 54 years, non disabled, energetic etc before someone asks me if there’s something wrong with him.

How was primary/elementary school for all you people?

F16, I grew up in Ireland, everyone I know (basically neurotypical people) always reminisce about elementary or primary school days. For me, it was horrible and I think it might do with my neurodivergence. I was the ‘quiet’ kid with no friends and kept to myself, I didn’t see anything wrong with it until I got bullied for 10 years straight. I learned quickly I had to make friends and fit in and this destroyed me mentally.

The biggest issue I had with primary school as a kid growing up there was the teachers and how they treated me. They emotionally abused me and humiliated me constantly like for an example when I had a habit of biting my nails when I was around in 3rd class/3rd grade as I was a nervous kid my teacher would often stop mid teaching and call it out to everyone in class.

I’m assuming neurodivergence didn’t exist back then and not a lot of teachers were aware of it. Years later as I check up on my primary school they now have sensory rooms for autistic people and they’re well educated on neurodivergent people. I’m thinking, where was that literally 12 years ago?

For the people who moved out, how did it feel like?

How did it feel like to finally move to a place where it’s peaceful, quiet without any form of abuse and neglect? Did your guys nervous systems regulate on its own by then?

I think it’s impossible to be primal.

Being 100% primal would mean you have to cut out every single thing in your life. Like shampoos, plastic bottled water, store bought food, modern toothpaste and toothbrushes, technology etc. it seems the dream don’t get me wrong but I think Its impossible.

Greece or Croatia for holidays?

My family is from Croatia, the eastern side of it (Osijek) and we’re planning to either drive to crikvenica which is like a 5 hour drive, or drive to Greece and plan to spend our holiday here. Which would be better? Any thoughts?
