I live in Europe and the dermatologist who does my botox and filler has recommended this treatment for the sagging skin on my lower face (I'm 45 and lost 50 pounds last year so I have marionette lines and early jowling but I'm not ready for a face lift). She said there's two settings on the laser so they wouldn't do fat removal in the facial area. Has anyone heard of or have experience with this treatment? Thanks!

I'm having a wedding that is a destination for me but actually local for my MOH. I'm not having a bridal party, just the MOH. I'm paying for her dress, but am I supposed to get her hair & makeup too if I'm not requiring it? It's not the money that's the concern, honestly. It's the time. I feel like I'd have to start the day a couple hours earlier for us to get hair & makeup together.
