Facial Hair

Was not sure which flair to add. Looking for DIY facial hair remover suggestions? I have no idea where to start looking. Any permanent remover suggestions? It's from PCOS/PMOS.

lap dog 🐕

This is Shrimp. Shrimp does not know he is larger than a house. He probably would not care if he did. Shrimp just thinks he's a baby (which is true, he only just turned a year old).

1,898

Took too much Lipo-C with B12, now my B12 is elevated, guess I gotta drink a metric ton of water to even it out 💃🏻

Average range for B12 is 200 - 900. Mine was 1,898 at my physical last week. Oops. Ive seen protocols where people are doing 1mL Lipo-C with B12 three times per week. Ive been doing .5mL twice per week.

This is Shrimp.

Shrimp has a double ear infection. I walked out of the room for maybe a minute after medicating him. Shrimp does not feel even slightly bad that I had to call the vet for a new script since it was only day TWO of his treatment. He is wondering this morning how the demon bottle returned from the dead.

$274?

Hi, the app is saying $274 left to pay (I did the 68mg 3 vial BPI deal) but shouldn't it say $224 since the deal showed $299?

Edit: I signed up using the promo link on the website.

Edit #2: I called them and they said that my order was only approved for the regular 3 month program because my current dose isn't high enough. So I can't get the BPI deal.

Edit #3: Submitted new/correct form last night. Emailed support advising of the issue and that first order (7/11) needs to be canceled. Received text this morning they are canceling the 7/13 order "as requested". I've already been charged for both consults.

EDIT #4: I am now being told I have to pay $50 additional just to have my form reviewed again for POSSIBLY being approved for the 40mg vial of BPI. I have been charged $75 TWICE already.

Recommendations?

33F. Currently on tirz 2.5mg, reta .5mg (next dose is 1mg), and lipo-c w/B12 (.5mg titrating to 1mg twice a week). Oral NAD+ 500mg/daily. Will be adding semax and selank, both .25mg. tirz is Wednesdays, lipo and reta on Sundays.

What dose of lipo-c did you notice anything? Semax? Selank?

Wanting to add something for sleep and maintaining lean muscle while on tirz + reta. Have been looking at ipa because that seems more moderate? Im not looking to get RIPPED. just slim and maintained. Also interested in GLOW or KLOW but not 100% sure. leaning more towards topical AHK-CU for my hair (thin due to PCOS).

10lbs down in 2 months with light weights + daily cardio + GLP. also quit nicotine since being in GLP.

Tired Research Subject

My RS is consistently exhausted in the mornings no matter how much sleep they have gotten. Currently testing tirz and starting Lipo-C with B12 today. Am considering nasal semax or adamax for focus, but their focus will likely suffer due to the fatigue either way. Reta is also being considered for a later time.

Calories, macros, activity, and sleep are consistent and in range (sleep in appropriate range 85% of the time). Also taking extended AND immediate release non-stimulant ADHD meds (prescribed, not research) as stimulants are not a good fit due to other conditions. Exhaustion started when switching from sema with B12 to tirz with B6.

Any suggestions? I would love for my RS to be back to a functional level.

What do I do??

No vape for 12 hours and 50 minutes according to my tracker. And every time I've taken recigar this morning (3rd one just now) I've gotten up and taken the dogs for a walk. No thoughts, just walk. Auto pilot grab their leashes and out the door and out the fence. My dogs are confused, the old one is mad I keep interrupting his naps, I'm confused. Idk who I am and it hasnt even been a full 24 hours yet. I don't run. Maybe I'll run. Maybe this is just the sugar from the suckers I've been using to quell the hand to mouth thing. Idk. Maybe I'll go fist fight my dad.

This is it

Hi. I've been smoking since I was 18. I'm 34 in a couple months. I picked up vaping in 2016 to stop smoking (minimum pack a day). Went back to smoking 2018 - 2022 PLUS vaping. Now been vaping since 2022 solely (occasional cig when I drink). I usually buy two TRX 50k every 2 weeks.

I want to stop. Now. One of my current vapes tastes like the inside of a TI-89 calculator. The other still has some life in it. I just don't know how I'm going to deal with the habit of picking up this little flavor box and then BAM. Nothing. I've tried everything before. And now I'm sitting here searching neuropeptides for smoking cessation and I just know I gotta stop. But I don't know if I can.

BMI MD

Was on sema for 2 months through Amble with biweekly increased dosages. Barely budged, mostly water weight. Accidentally signed up for AltRx while half asleep last night, they already called me, discussed my cancelation request, and accepted my cancelation. Have signed up for BMI MD 6 month program for tirz since it's cheaper monthly than Amble sema. A little nervous to switch but excited. Currently 280. My goal is 180.
