Hey guys, I recently lost about 30 pounds just doing keto and I’m trying to eat more but I keep losing weight even though I work out and lift heavy. I don’t want to gain the weight back but I don’t want to lose anymore pretty much want to maintain where I’m at any recommendations.

I drink magnesium I drink LMNT sometimes even 2 packets an hour before bed slowly. And still get these crazy night cramps. ONLY at night. So weird and I can’t get rid of them idk what to do but it wakes me up in pain EVERY NIGHT. I’m in great shape thanks to keto but damn it I cannot sleep.

Hey guys I always do lavaza creama beans. I feel like they’re the best bang for my buck just wanted to know what you guys thought. Maybe there’s one that is popular and more affordable. I have a barista touch and use lavaza beans and setting 21 for grinding. Love coffee would like some feedback. Also I have to grind an extra 3 seconds or so more after the initial 30 would love some tips.

Anyone have a jeep with 22 inch rims and 33 inch tires? Or even 35s? Feel like 33s may look too skinny. So please post it. Bought some 22 in American forces and came with 37s and I’m removing the 37s. Thanks guys.

Hey guys I got a jeep LS sport had 35s and everything worked. Perfect I switched to 37 and now my RPMs stay very low. Do I need to do something? Also now have tire sensors even though they are bigger the psi on dash is correct? I apologize for my ignorance. I love the Jeep but don’t know much about it. I don’t go off roading and drive about 5 miles a day max.
