I know they built this podcast off a COD game MW2 but recently the talk is just the same old garbage. They have explained to us Modern Warfare 2 at least 10,000 times.

I get it was a good game but there's been like 14 COD games since then and yes many of them sucked but a lot of them were good. Hell, they ported 2 of the best Treyarch games BO 1 and BO2 which is SMASHING game numbers with the amount of people in it and most players reporting that the game almost feels exactly to how it was before but these lame lesbian book club hosts still talk about MW2 from years and years ago. They are in the dark about these recent masterpieces yet they are on a podcast that was founded on COD.

They have no solid taste in COD and if they remade MW2 today they wouldn't give 2 shits about it. At this point it's just stolen Valor, they got rich off COD and they never went back to it. That's fine, but don't ever talk about COD again because it's almost embarrassing as this point.

Remove COD talk or keep up to date on it. No one wants to hear your way dream from 15 years ago

I'm from Dallas, we have a Echostage that's twice as big called Silo. They opened it up about 2 years ago, since then they have banger over banger over banger headliners that play weekly there with weekend shows selling out and often even weekday shows selling out. They know the rent is due so they pay for top end DJs to bless the locals of Dallas with amazing EDM.

I heard EchoStage is the equivalent here in DC and I gotta say that was a lie. The venue is okay but the shows are just not it. I'm not gonna shit on the small artists that play here but the music isn't even EDM. Yes they will have a big headliner every couple of weeks or 1-2 months but with that space and venue it's like they don't want to make money.

Maybe they're going out of business? I've seen many DJs tours go from Silo to DC and they never go to EchoStage. Are they broke? Why does echostage suck?

I own a staffing company, I have top-tier candidates for almost any role. I have noticed on the state side that many government clients were not taking our high qualify candidates. Literally the jobs were 90% matches to our candidates.

After a FOIA request, it turns out they hire people who have worked there before and many big name companies are just hiring the same people from the previous contract.

Why is this a thing? It literally looks like they don't care about anyone but the people that used to work for them talk about equal opportunity employment. I see this only on state side not sure about fed

This is for a $300k house and for all intents and purposes let's say the house is on a 3% with $20k down so basically:

$300k + 6% over 30 years + MATH = $612K at the end of the 30 year mark.

So let's say I sell it at year 5 and I have paid $20k principal and $70k intrest(fuck me this sucks) so basically $90k.

Let's say I sell the house for $300k again, how is the process going to go?

Is it I paid $90k out of the $612k or is $90k out of the $300k intial cost of the house? Does this mean I still owe $312k even after I sell it for $300k? And does captial gaines taxes affect me if I still owe $300k? Just curious about this
