So has it just become impossible to find a home under $350k in the state?

For context I’m a disabled vet. I bought my first home in north Kingstown in 2020 and had to sell shortly after due to Divroce.

Well now I’m re-married and we are looking to purchase a home. It will be my wife’s first home. We were pre-approved for 400k, but don’t feel comfortable paying over 350k. There is essentially nothing in the entire state that’s not in severe disrepair and/or will pass VA inspection under 400k.

Also I was looking back at my house sold in 2021. Sold for $350k and it’s currently for sale for $600k. So the housing market has essentially doubled in 5 years. How is this sustainable?

Still experiencing pain and sensitivity from a “surface level cavity” resin filling 2 months ago.

Hello

Hoping someone can give me some insight as to what’s going on.

I take pretty good care of my teeth, floss daily, brush twice and mouthwash daily sometimes water pick.

I’ve had about 4-5 cavities filled in my lifetime if I were to estimate.

However 2 months ago I had a “surface level” as seen on xray cavity drilled and filled with resin (bottom left side molar). I ended up having to go back at the 2 week mark, 4 week mark and 6 week mark each time because I was still experiencing pain. Each time the dentist polished it down a little more and each time the pain got slightly better.

The pain comes when biting down on that tooth with something hard like a seed, or crystallized ginger. It goes away when I take pressure off. I don’t have pain any other time. It also has slight sensitivity to cold and hot. I would say the pain started 2 months ago around a 7 and it’s gone down to a 0 unless I chew something hard on that tooth and then it shoots back up to a 5/6.

The dentist was completely stumped and said it wasn’t touching on paper at all. She said in her 40 years of practicing she’s only ever seen 1 other patient with this who she sent to get an evaluation for a root canal, but eventually that other patients pain did stop.

Recently I was diagnosed with OI which can cause bone and ligament issues, so I’m wondering if this could be the cause.

But I’m otherwise wondering, when do I go back in for a 4th time? Should I give it another couple weeks, is this normal/what could be causing this?

Thanks for any replies

Zard back bottom middle. Called and confirmed they encapsulated a hair on the card, told me I could resubmit to have them remove it. Haunter promo damaged back top left corner. Requested a video of me holding it in my hand from before I sent it showing the back. Pretty disappointed with this submission, grader seems like they didn’t give a F. They also gave my gold ascended hero’s zard a 8.5. I know every card isn’t going to pristine but for reference look at my past post. I had 8/10 cards I submit pristine, I’m very picky.
