I stopped my simply 3 arrows, I ran out, waiting for the new order (been 10 days). I thought I'd be less constipated but no, I've been worse! Any ideas why this happens?

My new supply will take about a week but just wondering if my ferritin will drop, any Intel appreciated!

It's so dry and straw like. Ordinary conditioners don't work. Please advise!

I just need to pause for a few days to reduce constipation. Would ferritin levels plummet or stay the same? If anyone had any insight, I'd really appreciate it :)

Very occasionally I'll get this sensation and I'm thinking histamine. I havent taken my antihistamines for a few days so maybe that. Been under big stress and I'm long covid, plus high grass pollen here in UK. Slightly off piste with some foods but nothing major. Any anecdotes appreciated!

I react badly to lidocaine even a small amount on my mouth ulcer caused palpitations, dizziness, huge anxiety.

Having read the awful experiences of biopsies, I'm a wreck, if anyone has had an alternative please let me know. Also any positive biopsy experiences out there?

I'm 69, in UK, have had mammogram every 3 years, all been OK. NOw been recalled. Obvs anxiety is high. My mother sadly died of BC at age 58. No other direct family members on her side have.

Any reassurance appreciated!

I will add that in my 30s I had a mammogram and was told it's calcification. Which I understand can be a forerunner to cancer. Any anecdotes appreciated. I'm a natural worrier and only recently feeling much improved from long covid.

Oh, also will add I had a trainee doing it this time but it was really uncomfy so switched to the qualified nurse who supervised.
