Been a life long reader but recently decided to give audiobooks a shot and my god….the awful attempts at doing character voices are completely throwing me off. Is this the norm for audiobooks? Are there specific people I can look for that don’t do this and just read the book?

All these dogshit stores keeping everything minimally staffed and barely functional so no matter where I go and what time there’s always a line. Legitimately can’t remember the last time I went somewhere and didn’t have to wait in a long ass line at the register/checkout, even the ones with self checkout half of them never fucking work anyway.

As many others have reported on this sub, I’m not getting ranked points after matches, and on top of that just finished a run of the climb on Advanced and it didn’t count towards any of the challenges. What’s going on with the game lately?

New player, wondering if the game has seasonal/holiday events (Halloween and Christmas and such)? Would be awesome to see the lobbies Halloween or Christmas themed.

My buddy is just coming back to the game, and for some reason he can’t do the multi monster 9 star hunts. He’s past HR 100. He can’t post them himself (he doesn’t even see them) and if I post it he can’t join it. We’ve looked online and everything that people have said is supposedly a prerequisite he’s done.

Feels kinda weird to complain about lol, but goddamn I don’t think I’ve ever seen more boring cosmetics in a live service game especially from a studio like Bungie that has a top tier art team. Give me a reason to actually consider buying a single cosmetic in this game, because I haven’t been even remotely tempted so far.

Feels like you can actually get a proper build going when you always start out from Biome 1, and knowing you have a ton of artifact choices coming on your run with limited slots makes you think about what you’re picking up more IMO. Also another thing that makes it more interesting is once you clear the boss for the biome, and negative modifiers on your artifacts get cleared. So now I’m more likely to pick up ones with nasty negative modifiers since I know it’ll be cleared if I kill the boss. How are you guys handling it?
