What can I use to bind minced meat patties? Just an egg doesn’t suffice. I’ve tried psyllium husk and it gives a slimy texture when eating. I’ve tried a dash of xanthan gum but not sure if it worked coz I was scared to use more in case it alters the taste or texture.

Asking those who live in apartments where you need to manage your own maintenance/ repairs/ small upgrades to the house / civil work — please can you recommend who you go to for jobs that require a bit more expertise.

Peak summer is around the corner. My floors have started getting a tad bit damp— maybe from the steam from kettle/ cooking or occasionally stepping out on the balcony.
What are you guys doing for humidity— you think an AC service might help me more or a dehumidifier?
I have an air purifier at home but I don’t think that helps for humidity. Seems a bit wasteful to spend money on a machine to use it for just 2 months. But if that’s the only way to go I’ll do it.

I’m looking to host few small gatherings — 6-8 people in total at a time.
My ideal place needs to have a nice airy, chilled down vibe where you can have comfortable seating, serves drinks, mixed cuisine/ Indian/ Asian. I want something just slightly more affordable than fine dining. Maybe just under a fine dining restaurant that has a relaxed atmosphere but also no loud music.
Ideally a clubhouse kind of vibe would be perfect but I’m not a member of any clubs here and it’s peak summer soon.
