I remember a few years ago that there was a lawsuit over who actually owned the name. Does anyone know if they still exist in any meaningful way?

I didn't see this, but apparently (according to James Proctor), Gene was also talking about how John is still down with the Albanian mob.

He also says that it's not cool for Gene Borrello to go on Dom's stream and claim that Alite is still down with the Albanian mob - that the guy is supposed to be his friend and what the hell is he doing putting that out there when the guy's already facing charges?

Also an update on Jeff Nadu being banned from all the Geneovse clubs in New Jersey - apparently Jeff went on Fat Bald Sicilian's stream, denied it - and said that he's thinking of taking legal action.

This just turned up in my recommendations.

I watched some of his livestream tonight and he was saying that. Gene Borrello was on too, saying that Jeff had been in touch with him telling him to tell Dom that this isn't true.

This sounds utterly ridiculous and I don't believe it myself. But does anyone here have any thoughts/insight?

Proctor was going over this before. Confessed murderer with links to organized crime and multiple violent felonies. Who has previously jumped bail and fled the country. If somehow he gets bond, it'll be massive. Does that sound about right to you guys?

I didn't see him mentioned in the indictment I posted earlier on, so maybe there's more stuff out there.

Maybe they're trying to do a "look, he hangs around with known felons - he's not a good guy" thing with regards to his bail.

Most of the stuff we've already heard about, but apparently the cops found a bag of steroids at his house with no valid prescription. So that's getting added to the list of charges too.
