Healthy dessert for summer! Peanut butter and chocolate 🤤

Link to recipe above. This baby is RICH. I didn’t measure closely — next time I might add a bit less peanut butter to see if it helps the richness, because I think I added more than the recipe calls for. I also added a bit of vanilla protein powder to mine.

I used keto chocolate chips mostly, with a sprinkle of dark chocolate chips mixed in.

I promise you, it hits the spot!!

My 3 stone, this time paired with a herringbone band 🥰

It’s not “that big” in ct size, but it is in sparkle! Center is 1.29 ct, sides are 0.3 ct. Size 4.75

Update to my earlier post. My custom ring didn’t turn out 100% as I pictured, and doesn’t go with my thick wedding band as I intended, but I’m embracing it as a stand alone ring. The rubies are a bit moody and look different in different lighting — this overcast lighting was my fave.

Remake of my original 0.3 ct natural solitaire with ruby halo in unplated 14K white gold. The unplated white gold is also warming up some after a little bit of wear and loss of polish, which I appreciate.

So, where to start.

After 15 plus years of marriage, I used my 0.3 diamond from my original setting (shown in last photo) to create a custom ring with goal of it going better with my thick white gold band. I worked with a local jeweler.

I spent so much time planning...

Just got it today. It’s beautiful (look at the trellis detailing)… but it doesn’t go with my band! It’s too thick and eats up my whole finger.

I’m feeling stupid for thinking it would work.

I’ve always been a person who firmly believed a married woman should wear a band, not just an engagement ring by itself… but maybe I’ll do that? Or right hand ring?

I’m a bit bummed because I really thought I was designing my everyday stack, and I wanted it to be both of my original rings in some form…

Be gentle with me, I’m emotional 🥲
