Is Tame Impala... Niche?!

For years I thought that most young people listened to Tame Impala. But I heard that even for Millennials and Gen Z only around 30% were fans, and that Indie music as a whole wasn't that popular. Throughout my life, I thought of Tame Impala and indie rock as practically mainstream despite being, well, indie. How popular is he really?

Where the heck do people get the idea that Jack White is biracial?

When I look up celebrities, the "people also ask" section features a question of they are biracial. I got this question when looking up Paula Abdul, who is a full Jew btw, but I get why she comes off as racially ambiguous. But Jack White just looks Caucasian to me, somewhat Asian-adjacent but not glaringly, so where would the misconception come from that he's mixed? He's half-Polish, and Polish people are oppressed, so it could be that people use the irrational logic (no pun intended) that he's "half oppressed" to declare him mixed race, which is totally dumb reasoning. But does anyone know where the premise that he's biracial actually comes from?

How do I fix the "Setting up camera, please try again later" glitch?

When I try to record a video on TikTok, it gives me this message. I gave my camera access to TikTok, I cleared the caché and even reset my phone. But it still gives me the same message. How do I fix this?

In the Arthur scenes where ALL the kids laugh at someone in unison, is that a realistic portrayal?

In the Arthur episode 'That's a Baby Show', all the other kids laugh at Arthur when Francine loudly expresses that he watches the Love Ducks. I've seen several cartoons where all the kids laugh at someone in unison, but I always thought it was exaggerated. However, Arthur is a fairly realistic show. And I was also pretty sure that there were lots of "big kids" who openly liked "little kid stuff", just like how there are many boys who openly liked girls stuff. Is Arthur or the laughing scene actually that realistic?

How does liking "hop hop" make Jeffy stupid?

The punchline of Jeffy's love for the "hop hop" song seems to be that he enjoys a children's show, exhibiting his infantile disabled behavior. But the thing is, Jeffy was twelve when "hop hop" was introduced, that he was a child himself, so I don't get why it's ridiculous for him to enjoy a children's show. I know that he's still being depicted as a pre-teen watching a toddler show, but I thought that was very common even if slightly unusual. Is there something I'm missing?

Why does Rose act out of character in 'Jeffy's Necklace'?

When Rose says "yay, besties! Can we hang out now?", her use of valleygirl talk doesn't really match the way she's typically portrayed. I know that she's considered a girly character, but she's typically portrayed more as childlike. Why is she suddenly portrayed like this way?

Is an older kid watching preschool and kindergarten shows normal, or is it an autism thing?

Some kids reject preschool shows because they think it's "for babies", or hide their enjoyment of it if they have one. But that didn't apply to me, and I got teased for it. When I was younger, I thought that there was two types of kids, ones that liked "baby stuff", and ones that didn't, but eventually began to chalk the way I was up to my autism diagnosis. Was I just a normal type of kid, or was I completely abnormal?

Are there any Vaporwave or Vaporwave-adjacent artists who incorporate lyrics or do original compositions?

I love vaporwave music, especially classic vaporwave. But I'm tired of it consisting almost entirely of samples being chopped up and slowed down, considering how much it limits the song's sound. Chillwave is great, but it's not as experimental as vaporwave. Does anyone know of any actual vaporwave artists who incorporate lyrics or original compositions?

How well-known was City Pop among Americans and Brits in the 1980s and 1990s?

I heard that almost nobody in the West has ever heard a City Pop song before. I obviously know that it's much more mainstream here now than before, but many Japanese things, like Anime and certain video games, that are popular today, were still somewhat popular back then, and I figured that applied to City Pop. And Westerners who went to Japan for vacation most certainly heard Pop. But even with all that aside, I find it hard to believe that it was completely unknown to the West back then. How well known was it actually?
