The constant obsession with combos as a one stop fix all for dive characters always annoys me

The way to play the character, as with any creative dive, is to understand what the character does and what is correct for the situation

Yes, there are manoeuvres you do with this character and someone like daredevil. On cat you can use whip pursuit in quick succession to deal about half a health bars damage. On DD you throw dash cross to engage.

But you are not looking to do x or y combo at any point. You are assessing things like:

- Can I reach the backline with invis or do I need to dash in, or do I need both

- can I get a yoink off to start my engage and am I confident in actually landing it on the target I’m looking at

- how many coins you have and what that means

- When and how you invis mid dive

Etc. etc. etc. I could literally go on forever about the considerations for her

You can do things like yoink and immediately whip pursuit, invis straight away so no one knows where you are, then pop up right behind the support to land primary melees and with yoink halfway back to cooldown, which will give more bonus health and reset double jump if you need movement

That is the beautiful thing about the character. You cannot just do x or y and profit. It all depends.

You have two dashes, yoink, whip, pursuit, primary melees, and the shop. Learn what she does and dive with the character, do not look for x or y
