Basically, my first vinted account that was linked to my phone number got banned when I didn’t even do anything wrong in my opinion. I got banned for trying to sell my old pair of AirPods as I’d upgraded, and it said I wasn’t allowed to sell electronic goods or something I can’t really remember, when I literally bought my phone off vinted. Anyways my new account is now saying I need to add a phone number- which is linked to my old account. When I try access my old account it just says I’m banned and only lets me log out, I can’t do anything in the settings of that account to change or remove my number. On my new account my options are to add my number or log out, I’ve been trying to contact vinted support for around 5 days now and not hearing anything, and it’s extremely frustrating as I have a decent amount (to me at least) in my balance that I need to access as was going to use that to cover some necessary expenses of this month. What do I do?

I traded all my mm2 stuff for adm cos I stopped playing mm2 but now I’m lowk getting bored of adopt me and am playing mm2 atm. I should have screen recordings from when I originally traded my mm2 stuff (they went first) but I’ll have to have a look as I just bought a new phone and iPad as my contracts both ended and idk if I lost them while clearing storage space as screen recordings take up a lot of space but lmk if interested! :)
