Hi, a friend got me this pin today but I think it might be AI ? I'd like some help here please

Something about the picture itself feels weird to me, overall the way the cats look and the paws on the cat on the left seem weird

Pourriez-vous me renseigner ? Désolé si c'est pas le bon sub mais je savais pas vraiment où demander ça

Empathy problems during episodes, anyone else going through this ?

Does anyone struggle with understanding other people or feeling for them during an episode, whether it's psychosis or depression ? I enter a conflict with people close to me every time I'm psychotic and it feels as if I don't really know them anymore. I don't understand people and especially people I love, I don't remember important things about them that I knew without even thinking before the episode and I have a hard time making sense/responding to conflict due to disorganization which is not helping. I don't know if this is empathy related but I don't have another word to use

There's something wrong with me and I don't know why I function that way

I was looking for support groups related to SH and I just found this subreddit, sorry if my post is triggering, I'm gonna try my best for it not to be and stay as evasive as I can be

I started when I was 11 (had self-injuring behaviors since I was around 4 but concrete SH started after), I needed help and I wanted my suffering to be materialized through concrete harm. But then I got satisfaction out of it. I don't know how to phrase it in any other way but it started feeling great seeing the scars accumulate. Injuring myself releases this great feeling inside of me. I never really stopped. It kept going. It got worse.

What's worrying me now are several things, I think about it every single day and have been for years, I feel really bad when I can't do it and worst of all, I do it even when I'm feeling completely fine and I also don't want it to stop. Two friends talk about my behavior as if I were addicted but I never really got information on how SH addiction works. I'm terrified by the idea of not being able to SH. I feel horrible towards my worried loved ones, especially my father. He asked me to stop several times but I just can't and I don't know why. Some days I'm OK, having a great time and it just happens. It's like an irrepressible urge. I don't know why I function that way. For years I just thought about it as a bad habit but I think I might've underestimated it

Could this be disorganized speech ?

Basically I had a conflict with a person and when I told other friends about it, one of them came back to me telling me I lied to put myself as the victim when what happened was that i couldn't remember clearly the whole conversation and I told them about what impacted me the most and what we spent most of the time talking about. They called me a liar when we met up and I tried to explain what happened and what I told the person but they understood everything backwards and said it's just like the person understood it too. I'm very frustrated from forgetting the main points the person I was arguing with made because it makes my retelling wrong, leading to them calling me a liar. My psychiatrist said I was very clear and precise when I speak about my illness so he kinda ruled out disorganization but it's far from the first time I try to explain something and everyone gets it backwards. I basically lost three friends in this whole thing and I'm very sad and frustrated, I'd like to understand if this is a form of disorganized speech. I really thought I was making sense but no one got what I wanted to say. I feel very lonely and I don't know what to do to fix my speech.

Has the psych ward helped anyone here ?

I'm gonna go to the psych ward soon because of my deteriorating state and to be honest, I lost hope in it a long time ago. Last time I went there, I stayed a week then lied to get out. I genuinely don't understand how it can help me in any way, besides maybe adjusting my treatment ? I mean sure I won't be rotting at home but yeah I'm just kinda desperate to get help and this is kinda my last resort but I don't get how it can help.

Edit : I'm not going there for psychosis, I'm going there for a major depressive episode and endangering my life

It's never gonna get better

I don't see a way out of my life right now besides taking it. I tried therapy, I tried meds, nothing works. Nothing gets better. I tried studying, and I tried not studying. Both made me feel like absolute crap. Same with work. I don't see how anything can get better for me. I spent most of my life suffering. All I want is to spend time with my loved ones but I'm slowly losing all my friends. People don't understand me. My own father doesn't. I love him so much but he won't get it. No one around me has schizoaffective and I don't know anyone for whom it got better with time. I honestly just want to die, but I can't even take my own life because I don't want to lose my loved ones and I don't want my father and brother to bury me. I'm 19. Everyone tells me it's gonna get better but how ? Nothing works for my negative symptoms. I don't know what to do. I wish I could start my life over without my disorders and be a fucking normal human being that knows how to behave and bond with people.

Fml

I work at a part time job I hate and today I found out I can't even quit. If I want to leave this job it has to be from an agreement with my bosses, which they very often don't do because they need people in the summer. My father doesn't understand how bad said job is making me feel, almost all of my symptoms (which were previously managed) are back despite an increase in my antipsychotics but he still wants me to continue. I'm in the process of asking for the disability financial aid but I need some of my father's documents and he most likely won't agree with me not working. I basically cannot quit, due to both my job itself and my father. I love him very dearly but he doesn't realize the harm he's causing me. I don't know what to do. I've gotten really suicidal, I called a hotline and the guy I had on the phone said I should keep going at my job and I should just ask my psychiatrist more meds. I feel helpless. I almost hung myself and I can't even tell my psychiatrist because I don't want to go back to the psych ward

Should I buy it ?

I found a secondhand stein/focalink ocarina for 40 euros online and I've been thinking about buying it. Last time I bought an ocarina online it was out of tune. I've seen on here that this brand is reliable, what should I do ?

Awesome news !!

I saw my GP yesterday because I have a sinus infection and I told her all about my struggles with my job being full time. She's a very sweet and understanding person and she made me a paper that requires for my job to be part time for medical reasons. They shouldn't be able to refuse that (but I'm anxious because I feel like they'll (the company and my supervisors) despise me for being such a pain in the ass). At least I can't get fired for being disabled, but I know for sure I'm not getting a job there again next summer. Anyways, I hope I'll part time as soon as possible. They told me I do a great job, I hope it'll help uplift the cons of having a disabled employee haha

Working makes my positive symptoms flare up

Unsure of the flare used, sorry if I did wrong

I'm actually so mad because I started working about a month ago and my positive symptoms were mostly managed now that I had found the right medication at the right dosage but ever since I started working it came back. It's awful. Thankfully it's mostly happening when I'm at home or on my way to work/home but it's still so frustrating. I finally had it under control. Obviously my negative symptoms worsened really bad too, (TW suicidal thoughts and sh) I get really suicidal and harm myself daily and I honestly don't know if I should just stop working. I thought about trying to get my current job to be part time but at that point I don't even know if it's worth it. I've been talking about my job quite a few times but it's honestly unbearable. The HR told me to get a paper from my doctor (they know I'm disabled but they don't know which flavor it is) to stop working if it's too much, until the appointment to see if it can be part time. I'm so lost, I feel so disappointed in myself. I can't even handle a hotline office job. My dad's gonna be even more disappointed. I don't know how to break the news to him. He was so proud that I got the job but now I know I cannot keep going like that

Is work supposed to impact me that much ?

TW mentions of suicidal thoughts and SH

Basically I started working a month ago, I posted about it last week and I need to talk about it again. At first it went well because it was the session where they form you (idk if that's the right term I'm not a native English speaker) and get you to learn the basics, I really started working two weeks ago and it's honestly unbearable. It's making me suicidal, I started cutting again, it gives me so much anxiety and I don't know if I can keep going. I don't want to go to the psych ward again but I also don't think I can work there for 4 months like I'm supposed to. I'm trying to get disability aid and work adaptations but it's gonna take a while. I was thinking maybe going from 8h30 a day to 6h a day could be more manageable but I'm not even sure I can handle that. I don't know what to do

I don't think I can have a job

I've been at this new job for a little less than a month and I really have a hard time standing it. I don't know if it's the job itself, because people around me seem ok with it, or if it's more about working that is hard for me. It makes me kinda suicidal and really exhausted. It was like this for my first job too, I worked there on weekends for 4 months and I quit. Had another job after that, it was easier because I had very few days. I feel doomed and I don't really know what to do. My psychiatrist wants me to have the government disability financial aid but I feel like I'm just being lazy tbh. Any advice ? Any of you had a similar experience ?
