Genetic engineering

Im really interested in this field but what I have realized with every career path I looked into their is always a plot twist. So please share with me what makes this career path bad 😭. I really don’t want to hear anything bad anymore. I’ve posted so many careers and a lot of people tell me everything that’s bad. But I’m still glad they told me because I don’t want to waste time following a career that isn’t worth it. So please share the good and bad of Genetic engineering. The field sound so interesting though.

Thinking of majoring in BME

Before I finalize my decision in majoring in Biomedical Engineering I want to know the consequences and the benefits. Learning about BME interested me a lot and I think I might enjoy it but I don’t want to be fast on my des ion I want to take my time and hear other people who alrdy majored in it. What should I know? What degree should I aim for? Is the pay high? I did hear that finding a job is difficult but many people said as long as you have lots of internship that’s fine? Please any advice would be great. Should I completely remove BME out of my head bc it’s the worst major and look for smth else or should I pursue this career path? But if their are BME graduates out their who enjoyed everything about it and don’t care about the bad side of it, please comment about what made you love it. Oh and I live in NY, idk if that changes things?

Is a medical microbiologst a good career path?

Now in this day and time is it a good choice? Can you easily find a job? What about the money is it good pay? Do you enjoy the job or is it bad experience? Instead of medical microbiologist should I just stick with microbiologist? What is the salary for this career, is it high or low?

What major should I major in especially in this era?

Hi, so I’m really lost. Right now it’s my last year in highscool and I don’t know what to major in. With AI advancing rapidly, I’m unsure what I want to do. I’m female and I’m 17 years old. I was thinking of majoring in Biomedicak engineering, but many people have told me it’s not something I should do. I want a respectable job, and a modest one. Engineering is too much for me but I love STEAM and I perfer doing stuff in the medical field. Or maybe I might love things outside of Medical field I’m not sure. But please if anyone has any advice please tell me. This chat is intended for experienced people who know more than me and have seen it all. Thank you

Question about Hijab: can you tell the difference if girls do the hijab in a different style?

Hello and thank you for reading this post. I understand it’s a weird question but this is targeted to everyone. Wether your Muslim, Christian, female male, etc. if a girl who wears the hijab decides the next day to do a different style, will you guys tell? Like will she look different that’s what I mean? Will she look the same to you, in your eyes? Because a lot of hijabi girls are showing their neck and if they cover their necks they will still look the same to me. I don’t know if anyone else thinks otherwise. This question is not meant to offend anyone, and if I did I’m sorry. And those who cover their neck is it not athletically pleasing? Or will you look the same no matter what hijab style you do? Weather you do curtain bangs, flowy, neck coverage, no neck coverage and etc.

How is it possible that the egg head makes me look better then open? I’m sorry I’m going all over the place it’s my first time wearing hijab so please help.
