Hi my psychiatrist prescribed me trintellix and honestly after reviewing all these posts , im afraid to take it .. it looks like it works on each person differently 🙁 im trying to get out from my depression from divorce thag happened 6 , 7 months ago but im afraid that maybe i can get out from this through normal route without medication .
im even travelling on vacation and i dont want to ruin the vacation because of the most common effect (nausea) .
what should i do. its a 1 year commitment as what the doctor said 😕

someone called me now and said that i owe them common fees for the building which i totally agree with .

my dr tested my chest acne on lab turned out there's Staphylocoque aureus so she gave me antiobiotic pills augmentin and some cream it went away , now 2 months they are back , im 34 , diabetic type 2 (not sure if thats related) , and i always have acne on my chest

is there any solution ? recommendations ?
what cream can i use ?
dont want to go to another derma it costed me 160$ last time with 5 months of waiting

Hello, I still have four months left on my lease and I’d like to lease transfer my apartment. It’s been a week, and no one has shown interest.

It’s a large 750 sqft, one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in a new building with a big balcony. I guess the price is a bit high, though. It’s $1930. Since I’m leaving the province, I’m willing to put all the furniture for free if someone takes it. I’ve put it on both Marketplace and Kijiji.

Do you have any recommendations? Should I list it unfurnished and offer a move-on bonus instead of selling the furniture? I’m out of options, and the building management can only say lease transfer.

After 11 years living with type 2 diabetes, I’ve decided to reduce carbs for a while and monitor the impact using my CGM.

For the past 4 days, I’ve completely avoided bread, rice, and pasta. My meals are mostly things like steak with vegetables. I’m not strictly cutting all carbs, just those starchy sources.

I’ve noticed on my CGM that my blood sugar hasn’t been spiking much at all over the last 3 days it hasn’t gone above 200 mg/dL.

I wanted to ask if this approach makes sense, and whether it’s okay long-term. Also, if I reintroduce carbs later, will my body still be able to handle them normally or will my response change?

i visited many doctors in the past and every time someone suggest something .. 1 suggested to increase the dose for my medecine , the other wanted to change it , another wanted to give me a medecine for kidney for the rest of my life just because i have diabetes honestly i dont trust anyone now and will keep checking opinions with other doctors i have diabetes type 2 since 11 years and im 34 years old .. ive been on galvus met which is vildagliptin (50 mg) and metformin hydrochloride (850 mg) all this time , ive been doing tests every 3 months and these are the results.i dont know what to do , i dont know if this is normal . my family doctor dont say anthing and she refuses to refer me to endocronligst since its regulated (this is the stupid rule in Canada) . i take care a lot on the type of the food and do some sport some time but i dont want this to evolve . what do you think ?
