Autumn sale recommendations

Hey, new to GOG, saw some nice deals in the autumn sale but not an easy way to navigate them, and not a lot of talk here. Personally i was really surprised to see Clair Obscure for like $27! What good deals have you seen?

Some issues with steam OS on legion go s

Hi i hope this is the right place to post this. My lego s has steam os from the factory. I've encounter all bunch of annoying instances where the buttons wont cooperate, mostly on desktop mode but not only.

The main issue is the trackpad sometimes not working, the ketboard not popping out (yes, even if i press steam + x), the rest of the buttons not working as well including thumbsticks, abd the system not switching between desktop and gamepad configuration wheb holding the lenovo button (or whatever it is under the quicj access).

Aside from that, I have a few decky plugins installed, all cosmetic and pretty light- artwork, slight design, and sleep/wake animation. Firstly, the animation hardly works, doesn't shuffle, isnt smooth. Other than that, the ui ib general is sometimes sluggish or not smooth wheb moving between ganes quickly.

Would really love some help, especially with the button thing cuz right now on desktop mode the buttons work but the gamepad/desktop switch doesn't.

Are hyperjuice charger shit?

I bought a 2nd hand, seemingly never used 140W hyperjuice charger 2 months ago. That bad boy still had the damn plastic on it is how new it was. I used it for my laptop, steam deck and phone the past 2 months, although not even ince did i charge nore than 1 device at a time.

Last week i noticed some heating up but nothing terrible, no smell no coloration and perfectly fine to hold, just very warm. Seemed logical. Last used 2 days ago, 0 issues. Lo and behold, today its fucking dead. Super dead. No ports working, not the usb A not the usb c, tried different rooms different cables.

Is this common? Is this a shitty brand? Is there anything i can do? Warranty is out of the picture since i dont know where and when it was bought.

What brand should i look at for the next one? I need one dedicated for my steam deck station and one for the laptop.

Thanks!

[SPOILERS C2] What exandria history should i know by now about the world? C2EP66

Hi everyone, currebtly up to episode 66 of the mighty nein campaign. Didbt watch campaign one, though i watched all 4 seasons of LoVM. Something bothering me is not knowing anything about all the lore namedropping like the divergence, betrayer gods, age of arcanum etc. But im reluctant to look it up cuz of spoilers. I assume a lot was explained in C1? Could anyone point me to where i can read up on it without any spoilers?

Need to replace my JMJM vol pot

Hi people, not sure if it was as soon as I got it a year ago or quite shortly after, but my j mascis jm vol potentiometer is making a lot of cackling noise. I tried using some contact cleaning spray, and eveven when i got it set up the guy (a real good guy) couldnt fix it and said it had to be replaced. Weirdly, NO ONE in my area imports 1meg pots at all, no idea why. Are they that uncommon? I though all jazzmasters use them?

Anyway, is this good enough? Have you got any other suggestions? I need to get it delivered to denmark so it could make it's way to me, abd thomman is the immediate idea i get https://www.thomannmusic.com/allparts_cts_1_meg_split_audio_pot.htm

Thanks!

Edit- hijacking my post to ask- say i wanted to mos the rhythm circuit for something more usable (im really getting it, the whole fuzz thing people talk about, i cant get that to work and i found 0 videos demonstrating), could i put a pot that brings out a brighter sound? I assume its a whole different kind of pot?

A good carrying case for a Lego S with killswitch on?

Hey all, im trying to find a carrying case that will fit the lego s with the killswitch case on it, hopefully including a charger as well. I was eyeing the MaxCarry one but that might not be large enough. Would love any suggestions

Wgat do you do on flights?

I've got the lego s Z1e and im having lots of fun with it, but so far im only playing on the couch. As amazing as this device is the battery life is pretty meh. That's fine for me cuz i dont really play for more than 2-3 hours straight anyways but im gonna have a long ass flight in a few months so im wondering.

The issue is many airlines have recently straight up banned use of battery packs in flight, and i dont think the buit in dc output they have is enough to charge the lego. So I'd love any suggestions from experience on what you guys do on flights

Edit: piggyback question for stick grips, i have some on my ps4 controller but ive noticed they're a little loose on my lego S. What kind of 'size' do i need for it?

RDR2 via Epic/rockstar? Standard or ultimate?

Hi! Wanna finally get rdr2, good deals on GMG. $13 for the standard edition or $17 fornthe ultimate. I dont mind putting the extra 4 bucks but is there any actual new content or is it just skins? Anyway my question was actually more about where to redeem, does it matter at all if i get it through epic or rockstar? i have an epic account with some free stuff i collected, no rockstar account

Lego S case that isnt killswitch?

Hi, i wanted to get the killswitch case as it seems to be the best with the travel cover kickstand and overall quality, but unfortunately they do not offer shipping to my country and i haven't seen it sold on ebay or amazon.

Could anyone recommend something similar or highly regarded for the legion go s? I really liked the jsaux steam deck one but it seems they don't offer a lego s version
