Weirdest thing happening with my Wii u, when turning it on the gamepad works fine but the only way it boots on a tv is if you change the display settings to 480p. Idrk what's happening again gamepad works fine but it will display at 480p over HDMI. I have tried restarting it and unplugging it and plugging it back in nothing seems to fix it. Gemini says that if the gamepad works there is nothing physically wrong with the Wii u but that's a AI so what does it know. Some notes about my setup, I have all my consoles setup through a splitter and capture card to record games for my yt channel can that be causing my issue?
I just saw a sleep specialist that my PCP recommended on how to best manage sleep and wakefulness throughout the day. Honestly ever since I got hashimotos I sleep fantastically because I'm so tired but that is the problem I'm unbelievably fatigued all the time no matter how much I sleep. He recommended modafinil to promote wakefulness, I'm it's typically prescribed for narcolepsy and sleep apnea but is anyone prescribed with this and has it helped them with energy? I am not yet on levo and I took his advice under consideration and did not ask to be prescribed it, just curious what y'all think

The st.louis food scene is one of most underrated and best aspects of this town and I really loved what the urban eats neighborhood food hall was doing. A really cool collective of different cuisines operating in a under seen area of the city off meramec street in Dutchtown. As it's starting to get hotter I've noticed how painful it is to be outside. I can only be outside for like 15-20 minutes at a time if it's over 80 degrees. Im sure the 50 lbs I've put on in the last 9 months doesn't help but asking y'all how u cope with this and what I can do?
