I have been living with my roommate for the last 3 years. I have always been someone who gets bothered by the opinions of the closed one.
I have good times with them, they are good people. They are a couple. But at times it gets bad. Like they have forever used food items that I have bought. If I have a left over from a restaurant and it's in the refrigerator they have always eaten it up
They have broken 2 of my expensive glasses and never bought a new one for me. I was not at my flat for sometime they have even dumped some of their personal belongings in my room. Again they once sold my single bed that was in the living room without asking me. When I confronted them they made me think I cried over petty things. They have installed coolers in every room I don't know why they fitted my new cooler in their room. When I said that I am planning to sell my cooler and that it's in their room, my roommate made such a disgusting face again to make me think I am crying over small things, and that I could go ahead and sell their cooler that is in my room, that cooler is 1 year older than mine and is rusted. I have 15 more days and I will be leaving this flat. There is a huge electri bill that got generated while I was not here for 3-4 months. She is asking me to pay and to divide. I thought of paying but I feel like why I am always a fool
I have always politely told them my thoughts thinking they would understand but they have never. I never put up a verbal fight thinking I might lose this friendship but they should also think what i Might be feeling because of their actions.
Also I am sure I won't be asking for a price for half the money that we bought together thinking in life these are the smaller things. But there is an inner voice which keeps on telling me you forgot to draw boundaries
Regardless I still think they are good people at heart. Maybe these etiquettes are not in their blood

Today I was told by my company that I was being laid off and my last working day was tomorrow. No severance just 1 month extra pay (as per hr,) that too because I served 5 years in the company. When I requested that my 2 month Notice period should be paid, first she tried to convince me. Later she got so loud saying My Job Is Not to Help YOU, my job is to just communicate with you. Lol
Then she proceeded saying if I don't put my paper in she will terminate me and In my relieving it will be written as due to a performance issue. Mind it my role got impacted due to restructuring.

And was on medical leave for mental issue for 7 days, suddenly my hod and manager got on a call today saying that the org wants to keep only certain number of people in the team on basis of performance discipline etc. and then they said I don't come in the list and that I should take a break and put down my papers. We had an appraisal last month itself and I even got a hike and got an appraisal. They said I won't need a serve notice period.
Pls help what all should I ask my HR and compensation that I may ask.
If I refuse to put down papers would there be any case for PIP that I might be put in. How should I deal with this

Is it possible, i am not able to navigate how to make this switch as companies as for either the HR degree or experience. If any one can suggest a good way out.
