Do you actually make plans after work every day?

I work from home, so technically I don’t even have a commute, and yet I still feel completely drained by the end of the workday.

I’m in my 30s and I’m wondering: what do you guys actually do after work on a regular basis? Gym, hobbies, seeing friends, going out, cooking… or do you mostly just go home and recharge?

Because sometimes I feel like I think something is wrong with me...

Do you reply to texts as soon as you see them, or later?

I'm curious because everyone seems to have a different approach. Some people reply immediately, while others might read a message and answer hours...or even days later. I was part of the ones who replied inmediately ... As I get older, I have moved to the other group...

What's your habit and why?

Besides fries and waffles, what's the best Belgian dish everyone should try?

I'm living in Belgium and I'd love to discover more local food. Besides fries, waffles and chocolate, what's your favorite Belgian dish that every newcomer should try?

Did Elize: Shadows of a Woman change your perspective on the case?

For anyone unfamiliar, it's based on the 2012 Brazilian case involving Elize Matsunaga and the murder of her husband.

I had already watched the 2021 documentary Elize Matsunaga: Once Upon a Crime, but this film focuses much more on the emotional and psychological dynamics of the relationship.

Do you think this approach adds important context... or does it risk making viewers sympathize too much with the perpetrator?

Brussels officially closed the tour...Benito addressed the Milan cancellation during the final show

A few highlights from the final show in Brussels:

- Benito took a moment to talk about Milan and the cancellation. Here's a video I took, watch around sec.0.40.

- He confirmed that Brussels was the final stop of the tour.

- One of the funniest moments was when Benito complained about being cold. It was around 20°C, so the crowd was like: no!!! He just laughed and said, "Well, I come from an island..."

- The band played a bit of "Alors On Danse" at the beginning, which briefly made me think Stromae was about to appear.

- Jowell y Randy joined as special guests.

Overall, it was an amazing way to close the tour. Great energy, great crowd, and a memorable final night.

Spoiler: The biggest reunion tea they tried to hide (Caro y Agustin)

For those who still don't believe it, it's true: Agustin is dating Eugenia.

Eugenia herself confirmed the relationship yesterday on her Instagram and TikTok accounts.

Some background:

At the Reunion: Agustin and Caro confirmed their divorce (they lasted 5 months). Caro was crying on the couch, and when asked if he was seeing anyone, Agustin refused to answer "out of respect." Eugenia also implied she was single.

The Plot Twist: Immediately after the premiere, rumors started on TikTok, confirming that Agustin and Eugenia are actively dating.

After getting tons of backlash, Eugenia posted a video officially confirming the relationship. Agustin has said nothing...

I’m still in shock. I never saw that coming from her.

Here's a translated screenshot of what Eugenia posted in her IG account.

Tina Belcher already owns my heart

I randomly discovered Bob's Burgers a few weeks ago, and I can't believe it took me this long to watch it.

I'm completely in love with the show and Tina has quickly become my favorite character. She's hilarious, awkward, and somehow so relatable.

Here is my favorite picture of her...traced and colored with oil pastels by me today.

Has anyone else stopped sharing your struggles with certain friends, even though they mean well?

One of my closest friends of 10 years has been always supportive throughout my health issues (I'm currently going through an autistic burnout). She cares about me, and I know everything she says comes from a place of love. The problem is that every time I update her, the conversation turns into advice about faith, staying positive, talking to my body, ask my body for forgiveness or believing that God can heal me magically.

She recently recovered remarkably well from a serious autoimmune disease, so I understand why she believes those things helped her. But after listening to a long voice message full of suggestions, I found myself thinking, "I wish I hadn't said anything. 😮‍💨

It also triggered comparisons. She was able to return to work after a few months, while my own recovery has been much slower and more complicated.

Has anyone else experienced this? Did you stop talking to certain friends about your health while keeping the friendship?

First impressions on LIB Argentina S2

I was honestly surprised to see there was going to be a second season, but here we are!

So far, my favorite couples are Matías & Eugenia and Agustín & Caro. I'm definitely rooting for them, but we'll see how it goes.

Gabriel "El Chapa" doesn't seem that into Anabel... at least that's the impression I'm getting.

I also feel kind of bad for Eric. It really looks like Paula isn't interested in him, and I think it would be kinder if she were honest with him instead of dragging it out if there's no chemistry.

As for Wanda and Brian... something just doesn't add up for me. Wanda seems genuine, but there's something about Brian that I can't quite put my finger on. Hopefully I'm wrong.

Those are my first impressions! What do you all think?

Singing out loud as emotional regulation

Just like the title says. I've been singing out loud a cappella (even though I'm not a singer or an expert) for years. It simply feels good on the inside. I do have to admit, though, that sometimes a song gets stuck in my head for hours or even days afterward.

Sensory-wise, it just feels really good and leaves me with a sense of well-being. The music I enjoy brings me peace..it simply feels right. Thought of sharing because it might be useful to someone else...

Does anyone else experience this?

Friday after a busy week is when masking sends the invoice

By Friday I feel it already in my body.

Monday I’m okay. I act okay. I smile when I should, I talk “normal”, I try to keep up.

Tuesday and Wednesday I start watching myself more. My face, my voice, how I sit, how I react. Constant adjusting.

Thursday I’m tired but still pushing. Still functioning. Still “on”.

Friday is different.

I don’t crash. I just… drop.

Everything feels heavier. Noise is too much. People feel too close. My brain keeps replaying small moments from the week like I did something wrong. It’s not dramatic. It’s just what happens after holding yourself together too long.

I feel like masking gets me through the week and friday is when it hits what it took from me.

Anyone else?

My current pastel-toned sensory toolkit 🌸✨

These are my everyday essentials for managing sensory overload lately:

Tinted glasses for harsh fluorescent lights.

Loop earplugs to lower the world's volume.

Silicone pads for quick, subtle stimming.

(Not pictured: a bunny plushie I hug at home when I get overwhelmed!)

I love that these are both functional and visually calming to look at.

What are your absolute must-haves in your sensory kit?

What symptoms do you get after intense socializing?

When I spend many hours socializing (especially in groups or back-to-back without breaks), I feel a very specific kind of exhaustion afterwards.

For me, it shows up physically rather than just mentally: tension in my neck, shoulders, and upper trapezius sometimes migraines.

Edit: I forgot to include: noticeable temperature shifts (feeling suddenly hot or cold), specially in my hands and head like if I had fever.

Do you experience physical symptoms like mine, or something completely different after intense socializing?

One scene in The Testaments left me confused…(SPOILER)

Just finished The Testaments and I need to talk about the Agnes & Becka kiss.

That scene didn’t feel “random” at all… but I can’t fully pin down what it was. It’s so intentionally ambiguous.

Was Agnes starting to realize something about Becka? Or something like expressing trauma-bonded affection? or just overwhelmed by extreme emotional pressure?

How are you all reading that moment?
