Body says No, I say Yes

Five days in a row, I have gotten outside and gone for a walk.

Getting Outside Challenge, getting outside everyday. One foot in the front of the other and repeat.

The moment I start to get ready to go for my walk, my body knows. Open the front door and then close it, that feeling hit, and then the sweating and dry mouth. Today the walk was okay and Everytime my body said stop, I kept going.

Five days in a row

Happy Fourth of July

Today is day four of Getting Outside Challenge.

It's a good day for me because today is normally me staying inside and mostly sleeping and playing my Xbox. Though today I thought about it and said to myself to get up and get outside, and I did.

I even did a different walk today, about 2200 steps. I feel good that I got out today.

Getting Outside Challenge

So today is day three of getting outside challenge. Today was rent day, so afterwards me and my daughter went to this park.

I call this park, my park, it's not too far from where I live. There is a concrete walking path around the park.

Yes today I went out with my safe person, I might go out later today, not sure.

Yes it was a little more comfortable because she was there, but still not enjoyable. So three days in a row, see you tomorrow.

Going Outside Challenge

Today is day two of my going outside challenge of going outside everyday.

Did the same walk around the block, after it starts getting a little easier on me and I am not huffing and puffing, I will start extending my walk.

So yesterday afterwards I did end up crashing either pure exhaustion or my ABC'S. But I am okay with that, there's kinda a reason for it.

Well until tomorrow for day 3, remember you are not alone.

Getting outside challenge

Today is day one, I went for a walk around the block, about 1800 steps or so.

Getting outside challenge

Starting tomorrow the first of July I am going to try to get outside everyday.

The last time I almost made it, but I ended up getting food poisoning.

Anyone else want to try with me?

Hello everyone

My question is do you shut down after you have been out for an activity?

If not what do you do for that not to happen?

I don't look at it like it's a problem for me, just normal life.

Crashing after

I don't look at this as a problem, just what happens. During an activity it takes a lot out of me, so afterwards my body shuts down, I call it crashing.

After a few hours normally I wake up and continue my day.

Do you do that also, and if not what do you do?

Tips & Tricks

Good morning, I thought about how we can help each other.

What are some tips that you could give someone that worked for you.

Same with tricks that you learned along your journey.

And yes I know that not everything works for everyone.

Tip that I learned and it took awhile, is to remember that no matter how bad your panic attack is, you will be alright.

And a trick is when you see something that might be triggering, try not to point it out, for example if the aisle is full of people, don't go and say that's a lot of people, look at the end of the aisle and don't focus on the people.

Hello everyone

Hello there, so yesterday I had a good day. I go to this program called the Adult Day Health program, it is where I go and spend about four hours, it is for disabled, and elderly people, we do some type of exercise, and other activities, lunch and some type of physical activity.

For me it's getting out of the house, they pick me up, and then for me to learn how to deal with people, and my issues . It is something that I would not do on my own.

Though it is a good thing for me, it takes a lot out of me, and normally I come home and crash for several hours, I use to get upset with myself about this part, but I'm getting better about it.

So everyone have a great day and remember you are not alone.

Good morning

Good morning, did you have a good day yesterday?

For me I will say I had a good day, we went shopping, at two grocery stores. For me I am trying to learn how to live with my issues, and it has taken a lot.

The one thing that I have learned is that no matter how bad my panic attack feels, I will be alright afterwards.

Please have a good day, and remember that you are not alone.

Have a good day

This is not a message about how bad my issues are, and also this is not a message on how to cure my issues.

This is a message that you are not alone, this about having a good day.

I know that we have our good days and our bad days.

Try to have a good day..
