Normally my daughter takes me to the bank and we get a check for rent.

Well today she wasn't available and I had to take care of it on my own.

I rode a bus to the bank and took care of my business there and then walked over to the bus stop, and rode the bus again and then I went to Target to get some cat food and then walked back to the apartment complex and paid my rent and back to my apartment, yes everything that I had on was soaked and I was breathing hard, I haven't crashed out yet.

Okay it's not Tuesday's fault, we do grocery shopping on Tuesday.

It's not an enjoyable time, people everywhere and then the line. I'm pouring with sweat, and using all my tools, and thanking my brain for keeping me safe, but everything is okay.

I'm still getting outside everyday, though an incident happened that has made me feel even more uncomfortable with going outside.

Things are tough enough, and now more difficult. I walked out the door and started shaking, and of course I used my tools.

What are ideas that I could use to get past the incident issue?

I would like to apologize, I was posting everyday on my progress, I was hoping that I would be able to help someone.

And yesterday I was reminded that I matter and that I could be helpful in a way that I wasn't looking at.

My story is that after a hospital visit my life changed, I have been dealing with all kinds of mental health issues. Since I don't remember how I was at the beginning when I got sick, it is difficult for me to understand something's.

One day I sat on my bed and said if all I am going to do is sit here on this bed, then why am I here.

I have even hit rock bottom and if my daughter hadn't answered her text and called me, I wouldn't be here.

So I have gotten better support and a different mindset, and learning how to live with my mental health issues, and continuing to try.

As far as my getting outside everyday challenge, I started on the first of July and have gotten outside everyday since and will continue to get outside everyday.

My anxiety is day by day, I have my good days and my bad days, though I will try to go outside.
