Am I on right track?

I'm looking for genuine feedback. This is my first time running Google Ads. Idk if I'm panicking or if things are indeed going south.

Running Search Campaign Ads not LSA. Started running last wednesday and initially the ad schedule was just Mon-Fri 12pm-7pm. Today changed to Mon-Fri 7am-7pm with 2 hour blocks i.e 7am-9am; 9am-11am; 11am-1pm etc.

Campaign Daily Budget: $68/day

Only targeting commercial keywords. 4 ad groups currently, each ad group representing service like tree removal, tree pruning etc. And each ad group has max 15 keywords. Manual CPC campaign. Negative keywords constantly adding after seeing search impressions and adding competitors brand name as broad negative keyword

Each Ad Group has 2 Ads with completely different angles. All 15 headlines and 4 Descriptions used. Sitelinks off. Callouts and Call Extensions Active.

Targeting zipcodes which are 60 min drive from office location. Device Targeting: PC & Mobile, NOT Tablets.

GA4 tracking on. Using WhatConverts for call tracking. Forms are working and so does call tracking, everything checked before running ads.

Landing Page is not broken i.e it doesn't lead users to different website, they either call or fill out the contact form within the page.

Landing Page Mobile View Design Changed Today to make sure the hero section has clear callouts and CTA buttons.

Current Metrics: 15 Clicks; 781 Impressions; 1.92% CTR; Avg CPC: $17.15; Total Spend: $257; Conversions: 0

Perfomance or Ultimate for RPG games?

Confused between these 2 plans since the price is double. Mainly gonna play story mode RPG games like Witcher 3, Watch Dogs 2, SOTR etc.

I tried Free plan but was getting okaish performance, the wait time was pain had to wait 20-30 mins.

Current wifi speed 75Mbps 5Ghz WiFi

Am I on the right track?

  1. Targeting home service business owners.
  2. Scraped leads from Apollo. (Total list of 1,400 people)
  3. Currently using 3 warmed-up mailboxes. 2 Google and 1 O365 (Both from different domains. My other mailboxes are still in warmup stages. 3 mailboxes per domain. Total 10 mailboxes in stack with 3 currently being used in the campaign. And yes the current mailboxes are still being warmed up)
  4. Current sending limit 15/day. (Going to up this by 2 every week till it reaches 25/day)
  5. Gap between sending emails 6-10 mins. Provider matching on. Plain text emails. Tons of spintax and personalization. Email body length under 80 words and subject line under 5 words.
  6. Problem Agitate Solution format of messaging. Offering free Google Ads campaign for 30 days with no setup or hidden fees. Just seeking video testimonials.
  7. CTA is simple. Asking their permission if I can send them a short youtube video which breaks down the process in detail (youtube video so the link doesn't feel fishy)
  8. Follow-ups spread out in 2 days gap.
  9. 5 days after the first follow-up, another mail with a different pain angle is sent with follow-ups.
  10. Total 5 pain points and desires with follow-ups which makes total 10 emails per contact unless they reply.

I just started the campaign yesterday and only 90 emails have been sent so far. I'm not being impatient, just seeking feedback if I'm on the right track or if there's some room for improvement.

Thanks!
