I see the option on BimmerCode to add shift lifts on the digital cluster of my 2021 M440i, when I program them in they’re not present. Anybody have a fix or run across this?

I know the rear could possibly get away with it but would it be too agressive for the front? Should I get 12/13mm instead?
I know I gotta swap the transfer case fluid asap, also just bought some blue coolant to swap in, other than that what else can I really do to ensure longevity?
