What should I do with my hair?

I’m 23 and work in an office with mostly older people, so while I don’t mind colorful hair at all, I’d rather not have my whole head neon green or something xd I already stand out quite a bit there since I’m the only one with tattoos and piercings.
I’ve had pretty much every hair color over the years (I’ll add some old pics from pink to blue etc.), then had blue-black hair for a few years. I recently washed that out and went brown, and I really don’t want to destroy my hair again now that it’s finally grown out. (1st pic is the most recent)

I get bored really easily with “normal” hair though, so I’d love something a little fun/alternative without going completely crazy. I’m totally open to colored ends, roots, a few pieces, etc. — just not an entire head of super bright color.
Any ideas what you think would suit me? Or should I keep it brown? :)

Young but naturally droopy eyebrows and face.. what could help?

I’m young (23) and don’t think I’m particularly unattractive, but I’m quite unhappy with how my face looks for my age. My eyebrows are very droopy and my face looks generally saggy/tired, so I constantly subconsciously raise my eyebrows and tense my face (first photo). I also really dislike my profile. Idk, I feel like I have ,,pontential" but I'm very far from it and don't like how I look. What could realistically help with this?

Help me smell like a feminine crystal shop without overwhelming my office! :)

Hi! I’m looking for recommendations for a warm, feminine, boho scent that smells like an incense, a crystal shop or a tea house, but is still office-safe and not too masculine or overpowering.

I’m from the Czech Republic, so I’m not sure everything available in the US is sold here. Right now I have the Karma massage bar, Karma solid perfume and Sleepy body spray in my cart. I love lavender, but I’m worried Sleepy might make me smell like a pharmacy or a walking bedtime routine :Dd

I prefer scents that feel like they come from skin, creams and clothes rather than just a regular perfume. What products or combinations would you recommend? I'm really heavy on the ,,I want to smell like incense" but still girly haha, thank you!

edit: I don't like ,,deserts/cupcake" smell, like coconut, too overpowering vanilla etc. :)

Baby fever is making me cry even though I know I need to wait

Hi, I’m 23 and this is the first time in my life I’ve ever felt baby fever this intensely.
For most of my life, I didn’t want children. I grew up in an abusive family and I have BPD/anxiety, so the idea of becoming a parent always felt scary and impossible. I’m only a few years away from that environment, and I feel like I’m only just starting to actually live my own life — traveling, socializing, experiencing things, and figuring out who I am.
Logically, I know I do not want a baby right now. My partner and I are young, renting, not financially ready, I have a new job, and I still want to live more before becoming a parent. The idea of actually raising a child right now still scares me, and I know waiting is 100% the right choice.
But emotionally/body-wise, I suddenly want to be pregnant so badly. Not even necessarily the whole “raising a baby right now” part — more the pregnancy itself. The belly, the ultrasound, buying tiny things, the feeling of having a baby inside me.
I keep having these little flashes of a baby that would be mine, and it genuinely makes my heart hurt. I think about how much love I have in me and how much love I could one day give to my baby, and it makes me cry.
It feels so strange because until recently, pregnancy felt like something I was way too young to even imagine for myself. And now I’m realizing I’m actually capable of it, and it feels overwhelming and confusing.
Has anyone else experienced this? Wanting pregnancy/baby fever so intensely, while still being completely sure that you need to wait? How do I deal with this complex, painful but also beautiful emotion? Sorry for ranting.. I feel so lost and have nobody to talk about it with, I'm just laying in my bed and crying.

Všichni okolo mě kouří, což mi to dělá ještě složitější.

Help me.. I've been vaping for years and I'm extremely addicted at this point.

I vape with my coffee, while gaming, watching movies, cooking, even in the bath. I sneak off to the bathroom at work multiple times an hour just to take a few hits.

I tried quitting once before and made it about a week. The physical withdrawals weren't that bad (mostly headaches), but my mood was awful. I was irritated by absolutely everything and everyone. I even got in fight with a homeless man.

The thing is, I genuinely want to quit. I'm healthier and happier than I've been in a long time, and vaping just doesn't fit my life anymore. It feels embarrassing more than enjoyable these days.

My biggest struggle isn't even the nicotine itself — it's the habit, the hand-to-mouth action, the inhale/exhale, having something to do during every activity.

For people who were heavily addicted, what helped you get through those first couple of weeks?

I'm 23F

:Dd

Díky!

Does anybody have the recipe for Dwaeji-gukbap?

Hello! I lived in Busan for almost 3 months this year and since coming back to my home country, Czechia, I've been craving Dwaeji-gukbap! When I was in Korea, I had it almost every other day, I loved it sm. I tried to make it at home 2 times, but it wasn't as good and I don't know why. Maybe I cooked it too short or used wrong meat etc. Does anybody have an authentic recipe, that is possible to make at home?

Thank you so much!

Has anyone experienced something similar? Hand pain, stiffness, cramps and poor fine motor skills

Hi,

I'm 23 and have hypermobility, scoliosis and flat feet.

For as long as I can remember, my hands have always been a bit "off". Things like drawing, braiding hair, crafting, gaming or anything requiring fine motor skills make my fingers feel tired, stiff and uncomfortable much faster than they seem to for other people.

About a year ago I had a strange episode where my hands basically stopped working properly for a couple of days. My fingers were shaking, felt stiff and I had very little control over them. Neurology didn't find anything serious at the time.

Recently I had another flare-up. It started with wrist pain (mostly in my right hand), then finger cramps, pain in my little finger and forearm, and my fingers became so stiff that I could barely bend them normally. The pain became severe enough that I saw a neurologist again and I'm currently waiting for an EMG.

What confuses me is that these episodes come and go. I'll often have 1–2 weeks where my hands feel mostly normal, and then it suddenly comes back again. Over the last few months the flare-ups seem to be happening more often, and every flare-up is a little different. Sometimes it's more pain, sometimes more stiffness, sometimes weakness or cramping.

Even when the pain improves, my hands don't feel completely normal. My fingers can feel stiff, movements aren't always smooth, and simple tasks can make them feel overworked very quickly.

I occasionally get cramps in my feet and toes too, but my hands are by far the main problem.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? Was it hypermobility-related, nerve issues, tendon problems, something autoimmune, or something else?
