If you are a postie, as a customer how can I show my appreciation for your work?

I'd like to appreciate our local postie which I see him few times a week due to my cancer treatment letters etc but he is always in rush I barely get to ask how is he doing

I am not a technical person please kindly bear that in mind
I got a used axfive canister steam cleaner this yellow one that has been maintained and treated poorly by previous owner
so I used it twice and it was good when i emptied the reside water there were tiny white particles and machine still worked fine

THEN I did what I regret
I decided to descale the machine using chatgpt
I followed some instruction using water and citricacid
and I belive after this everything has gone wrong.
the issue is as soon as I turn machine on after just a few mins even before the green light turns on the hose starts to vent out steam
so the stem never stops while its on

The mechanical hand trigger still has normal springy tension, but the internal solenoid valve inside the main unit has been blocked wide open by loose scale following the descaling process, causing continuous, uncontrolled steam venting

I am a ebay seller with a handful orders per year!
I sold an indoor trampoline last week which got delivered by ParcelForce and I used Parcel2Go website to handle the shipping

The order was sent by Express 24
so the buyer paid 26th
I sent the item 29th
and The item arrived 30th June BUT to a wrong address

there is a photo of some random house so parcel2Go keep saying you are not entitled to any protection you paid for as its delivered status
On ebay says the same but buyer has not the item !

The buyer has been understanding and patient and opened a claim with parcelForce and apparently It has not been promising and gave her timelines of month if they find the package
so reasonably she asked me for refund this morning!

Paid for expensive item and the shipping of a heavy 13kg Item with protection Express 24 and I dont know what to do next

I spoke to parcel2Go no outcome
I spoke to ebay no outcome
I spoke to royalmail/parcelForce customer service and they advised me to open a claim
but that also can take a month according to the website

Is there anyone who has any idea that can help me to lose less money here ?
happy to provide any evidence or screenshot of proof if needed.
