Said anchor can be anything, a memory, a symbol, an image, a song or even a thought. Once you find your anchor, the next step is to assign meaning to it, e.g "This is my ticket to a better world", "I will not inhabit another corporeal vessel", "I'm free to be what I desire to be".

The more tangible the anchor is, the better your chances of recalling it when you cross the river of forgetfulness (this is the stage where you slowly lose your identity).

The anchor must be on your mind at least once a day for as long as your heart keeps beating. Think of it when you wake up in the morning, and make it your last thought (not strictly your only thought) before you fall asleep.

Oh, and do not share your anchor with anyone.

Idc if tomorrow the government announces that we've been interacting with aliens since recorded history. No amount of video evidence, artifacts or cryogenically frozen ayylmao bodies will convince me it's real. Let the gods of your religion speak for themselves, because anything short of a miracle (not a magic trick) won't make me a believer.

I will not repeat the mistakes of my ancestors and believe in something without tangible proof. Religions were and always will be about control, and disclosure is just the latest iteration.

Convergent evolution alone is insufficient to explain the striking similarities between humans, greys and the other alleged alien species. The humanoid body plan could've existed millions of years before homo sapiens entered the chat.
