You can play as rebel groups, but they have to exist (ex: ISIS, Balochistan) be actively fighting for independence (so not Wales or Hokkaido), actually exist as a movement (so not cascadia or sealand)

You probably shouldn't play as micronations, or you'll be spending all your time asking people for money and getting invaded

Diplomatic actions with other players don't count as actions. Neither does declaring war

Please be realistic. If you aren't willing to write semi detailed Actions (so not saying I conquer France or giving me a 10 page essay about how you conquer bumfuckville, just give me a paragraph or so about how you move your troops toward Paris)
