Can we chat poop? 💩

My bowels are slowing up. I have noticed it getting worse. It started with me not doing my normal one poo where I felt cleared out every day, to two unsatisfying poos. To now it's not all clearing at all.

Have others found this is an issue? Do you take medication such as stool softeners and bowel stimulants?

I think I need to speak to my GP about it and get some things on prescription. It's so uncomfortable.

(Apologies for this being so candid, I used to work in the NHS so poo does not phase me in the slightest)

Got my diagnosis

Finally got my diagnosis today with specialist ME/CFS Dr. Fells kinda anti-climatic. Something you're waiting to be confirmed or not for months is a professional confirming what you kinda knew. Didn't realise how much emotion I was holding onto waiting for them to say yay or nay. I felt exhausted after the phone call and got into bed. I felt very numb and sad. Realisation hitting this is not all in my head. This is my life.

Love to the community, you have helped me so much already ❤️

Any great astrology discord groups?

Does anyone know of any great discord groups for astrology?

I love getting into deep discussions around astrology and enjoy discord.

Something that is open to beginners and open minded aka not rigid in how they think about astrology/accepting different teachings etc.

Thanks!

Major Pluto and 12th house energy...

I'm looking at a natal chart that has such intense Pluto energy from someone I know.

Pluto is in Scorpio, in the 6th House.

Aspects are: Pluto opposition sun (Taurus 12th), pluto opposition mercury (Taurus 12th), pluto square mars (aquarius 9th) pluto opposition jupiter (Taurus 12th).

Heavy 12th house energy. So many pluto aspects.

I feel for them that this life is one of a lot of deep work for their soul. They feel like a very old soul to me who is learning some of the trickier aspects to grow and develop.

They are very grounded from all their Taurus energy. Very practical and logical in their beliefs and ways of making sense of the world. However they are deeply creative too - they are a writer. They are an introvert who needs time alone in order to function, otherwise they cannot cope.

They are kind, gentle, deeply caring and loyal. However they have a temper. They are that classic bull - calm but if continuously prodded they can get huge amounts of rage. They don't like it and it can overwhelm them. The only way for them to reset is to be alone. Other ways I feel this Pluto energy manifests....they can be belligerent in their beliefs and dismiss others beliefs - moral beliefs etc. They can be dismissive of other think and sometimes come across as looking down upon others. They can see right through people but this can make them be judgemental. They can get very angry. In confrontation. It takes them ages to process this frustration and anger and can find it hard to calm down. However they recognise when they are wrong and always try to correct and grow.

This person is struggling with their anger at the moment.

How can those with loads of pluto energy heal themselves and help them manage this intense amount of energy?

Does anyone have any insights? How have you seen these placements present in others? And advice on how we can help others live with this challenging energy?

💛🌞💛

Would you expect to see an overload of cardinal energy in a natal ADHD person's chat?

Looking at the traits of having too much cardinal energy in ones chart, these traits being - burnout, impatience, unfinished projects, need to move forwards.

These all are traits of ADHD.

Have you seen a cross over?

Deterioration in health...is Pluto doing a lot of the work here or are there other aspects you see?

Hello - my health has taken a real turn for the worse mainly since January 2026 but signs were showing Autumn 2025. And previous health issues have happened since I was a kid.

But now - I have become an ambulatory wheelchair user and use a stick/cane too. So there has been a big shift on my personal image/identity which is why I am wondering is the impact of Pluto in my 1st house has a part to play in this? Pluto has been in my 1st house since 2018.

My illness impacts the nervous system. I get extreme fatigue and it means I am missing out on a lot in life in regards to not being able to go out with my children as much etc.

I get deep pain in my legs and knees. And pain in my arms and wrists.

I get dizzy and go off balance, racing heart, nausea. I have awful migraines. Lots of symptoms basically.

Any insights into health, identity, healing karmic wounds - anything to get my head around what lessons I am here to learn with this happening to me.

Thank you so much for your time. 💛🌞💛

Does anyone have these electric chairs?

Does anyone have either of these chairs from Tech Mobility?

MobilityPlus+ Ultra-Light RangerXL Folding Electric Wheelchair

OR

Automatic Reclining Lightweight Electric Wheelchair | Freedom Elite AR

If you do I would love to hear your experience with them? I'm particular interested in hearing about the following:

What is the actual real life battery range? Is the battery upgrade worth it?

What is the longevity of the chair? How is it performing after a year or so?

Any add ons you would recommend?

Good post purchase support?

I am considering the reclining one to help me rest deeper when I need a break when I'm out.

I have suspected ME/CFS. I think I might have POTS too. My chronic fatigue clinic appointment is on 18th August.

I am considering just going ahead and getting an aid because doors are shutting more and more - I'm finding I need to do less and less. I have two kids and I want to be able to get out with them and not crash. It's impacting us as a family so much - both not being able to do things and crashing really hard for days if I try to do something.

Any advice around these chairs would be super helpful. Thank you!

Would appreciate adoptees POV...

Warning! ⚠️ This could be triggering/upsetting as it regards adopter grandparents being unsupportive about adopting.

My husband and I are estranged from his parents.

He was emotionally neglected as a kid to put it simply.

It was always a tricky relationship we both had with them but we were a family and made the effort.

When it came to adopting our twin daughters everything went really bad between us. We tried for a further 3 years before he decided to cut off communication fully (I still have tenuous contact with MIL)

We went on holiday with them in August 2021. We knew our girls were going to be ours and our stars were lining up. We had several meetings and knew quite a bit about them now. On the holiday in laws avoided speaking about it at all. If we brought it up with husband's siblings his parents got up and left the room. We confronted them about it gently one morning saying we really want to update you where we are with adoption. We were so excited. We had a horrific journey of infertility beforehand. Finished fertility treatment before we needed to because we just wanted to adopt. They knew all this.

Anyways. They went cold and weird I'm this conversation and it blew up into an argument with FIL saying deeply hurtful things such as, "we never asked for this". Referring to us adopting.

Move forward a few months and our beautiful 16 month old girlies are home. Husbands family live 3&1/2 hours away. We wanted to video call them because we couldn't send photos of their faces yet until legal adoption was confirmed (UK rules). So we wanted to video call so they could see their adorable faces of their new grandchildren. Finally there was a convenient date. MIL was on the video call. We asked where FIL was and heard him in the background. MIL asked if he wanted to come and see and he said, no I'm too busy cooking lunch.

We were hurt so deeply. Thank goodness our girls were too young to remember that moment.

We kept the call calm and amicable because our girls were there. After husband text and said how hurt we were that their grandad didn't want to meet them/see their little faces.

Well both in laws blew up saying they felt they couldn't do anything right. FIL said he needed to be more respected. They just flipped.

We tried and tried but it was when we were having some therapy she said how toxic it was with the in laws and then husband decided enough was enough and his anxiety has been so much better since.

Recently had a text from MIL saying she is missing getting to know the girls. This is probably the first time she has explicitly said this in 2 years of no contact with her son.

I try and let these things go but it hurts so deeply still.

I enjoyed spending time with them even though it was challenging. But I can't have that possibly toxic ways around my children. It's such a shame they cannot just speak openly and honestly about things. They never have said what their issue with adoption is. Never. But they have been so awkward about it.

I dread the conversations I will have with my adult daughters about them. How is one honest without causing more trauma. As adoptees - what are your thoughts? I would like insight from adoptees point of view. For context we are British and live in England.

Work/making money...

For those of you who cannot work a typical job - are there any innovative ways you have found to still have an income?

Or heard of any ME/CFS or chronic illness people bringing in an income which worked ok with managing their illness?

I feel beyond vinted - and even that I haven't managed in the recent months. I find it hard to comprehend what is possible.

Would love to hear if anyone has worked out something for them?

Doing anything with my arms burns me...

I am still very much learning the impacts and my symptoms.

This morning I was taking it slow. Husband helped me by letting me sleep longer and gave our girls breakfast. After I had got myself sorted my twins asked for a den. I got out the kit where you attach balls to sticks and create a structure. I decided to reduce energy by sitting down and making the sides first then where that was done link them all together which meant I wasn't on my feet or knees making it on the floor hardly at all, just at the end.

I was burnt! I went into exertion, heart rate was up and not going down (I have visible), I was hot, felt so weak and weird. Had to try and cool off. Remembered I needed to feed the chickens so pushed through and fed them, grabbed a few blackberries in the garden and that was it I had to lay down. I was whacked.

I chilled on the sofa with my kid playing tic tak toe. Then I had to go upstairs to see my husband who was working in his office as I felt so emotional.

When I saw him I burst into tears. I think it just scared me how little that was and the impact it had on me. Went and laid down on the bed and he took over.

I have had the same experience with folding clothes and emptying/filling the dishwasher.

I seem to get hit bad when I use my arms for tasks. Anything where I'm using them a lot. Or they are having to go above my heart.

Sometimes it just hits you doesn't it. How debilitating this is.

I hate that I have to say to my girls (6) that mummy can't build anymore as her battery is too low.

Husband has taken them out so I can rest. But I miss out on so much with them these days.

Sometimes it just gets you and breaks your heart.

The day my Dad died

What does my transit/progressions chart say about the day my Dad died? (He passed on 19th August 2017, England I couldn't add the specific location of where he died)

The most significant thing I am aware of was that I was going through my Saturn return (29 years old at the time of his passing) AND he was going through hi second Saturn return (he passed away at 57 years old, a month before his 58th birthday).

I am a novice trying to learn astrology but although I understand what transits and progressions are I do not really know how to interpret them. And getting myself in a muddle.

Any help to understand this huge shift in my life would be a huge help. Thank you.

What are the 3 most debilitating symptoms for you?

I'll go first...

  1. Fatigue that deems you useless

  2. Migraine which knocks you sideways

  3. Pain in my legs which creeps up on me and stops me from going out

Of course everyone has different levels of CFS. And the symptoms list is loooooong! But I wondered what others would class the symptoms that impact their lives the most?

Help with 8th house interpretation...

In my 8th house I have Sun in Libra 14°46'. Venus in Libra 27°10'. Mars in Virgo 29°25'. (Also if looking at asteroids I have Psyche in Libra 14°50' and South Node in Libra 2°22' in Libra both in the 8th house too)

I'm trying to understand this in a deeper way.

I have had a lot of what I would say is transformation in my life. Mainly internally. Spiritually I have grown and naturally started doing shadow work a few years ago. I lost my Dad when I was 29 which was not expected and was a huge shift in my perspective on life. I have unexplained infertility and cannot get pregnant which has been a massive loss and a lot to get around psychologically. We have adopted twins and it felt transformative in the most magical way. I'm currently too poorly to work and going through a process of managing my health.

I feel there have been a lot of 'phoenix' moments in my life. I have grown as a person for sure. I feel I'm a better person for it in most ways. But I do feel a bit battered and tired at times.

I very much depend on my husband's income and have done more so since we have had our twins. I took time off. Then I changed careers for something more flexible and now I am too poorly to work so very much depending on him. He has always been the bread winner - we have been together since we were 18. In our 20's I worked part time even then as we had a dog and a house boat to look after.

My True Node is in Aries in my second house alongside Jupiter 26°01'r. Which I believes I need to grow towards independence of self, and I will find growth and satisfaction in being in charge of my own income. I need to basically learn to be self serficient and independent of those I depend on.

Are these classic 8th house things - have I interpreted that correctly?

Do you think what I say about my True Node in Aries is correct?

Are there key things which are also talking to these 8 house placements that I should be taking into account?

Thank you in advance 🌞

Should I be worried to have such a heavy 8th house? I have read things about what this can mean about the way you pass away can be violent and sudden. Death happens to all of us. But does it mean I will experience masses of loss? I worry more about those I love going.

Are there key aspects within my chart which are also talking to these 8 house placements that I should be taking into account?

Thank you in advance 🌞

I love guessing people's big three but I'm pretty poor at it. Haha. I am a bit older than the normal demographic that does this I feel but wanted to have a go 😂🌞💛

I have read that whole sign is....

.... Better for prediction and placidus is better for looking at the individuals deep psychology.

Has anyone found this to be true?

I love Pam Gregory and believe she works with placidus, does anyone know if she always used that or uses both?

How do you not boom and bust as a parent?

Specifically asking those who have young children/children who need a lot of support such as SEN needs.

I often boom at the weekend and then am busy in the week. We had a super lovely day yesterday but today I am just empty.

I am pre-diagnosis and on the waiting list for CF clinic (England, NHS). Suspected ME/CFS.

I have twin 6 year olds and an amazingly supportive husband. Our girls have some SEN needs and so can be a lot/very intense.

I try not to get emotionally missing out on time with my girls but it of course is hard.

How do you all manage it with children?

Thank you.
